中文摘要 本研究旨在研擬技專校院遠端監控系統單元教材及設計實習設備。本研究首先探討相關文獻,以瞭解技專校院的教學設計、教材發展、教材編輯原理、教材選擇與組織及遠端監控之概念與內涵,其次設計問卷針對國內技專校院(含科技大學、技術學院、專科)電機電子群專業教師進行調查,問卷資料使用次數分配、百分比、平均數等統計方法進行分析,經由資料分析結果,研擬遠端監控系統實習教材大綱,依教材大綱編寫單元教材,最後,依單元教 本研究獲得適用於技專校院電機電子群遠端監控系統教材單元主題如下: (一)串列通訊原理 (二)遠端監控軟體的使用 (三)模組化控制器的選用 (四)Adventech Studio與模組化控制器的搭配 (五)建構遠端監控系統 本研究所設計的單元教材實習設備包含遠端監控軟體、模組化控制器(隔離式RS-232至RS-485轉換器模組、數位輸入/輸出模組、類比輸入/輸出模組、繼電器輸出模組、單晶片實習板)、感測器、I/O界面與電源電路。
Abstract The propose of this study is to develop teaching materials in units and design experiment equipments of remote monitor control systems (R.M.C.S.) for Technology and Vocational Education. At first, literature review analyzed the teaching design of industrial education, the development of teaching materials, the principles of compilation for teaching materials, the selection and organization of teaching materials, and the concept and content of remote monitor and control system. At second, questionnaires were sent to teachers of the departments of electronic engineering and electrical engineering at Technology and Vocational Education(including technical colleges and technology colleges and technology universities). The questionnaire data were analyzed through frequency distribution, percentiles, and average. Based on the results of the survey, the researcher then proposed the outline of teaching materials of RMCS and compiled teaching materials in units. At last experiment equipments for remote monitor control modules according to the teaching units were designed. The results of this study, the content taught at Technology and Vocational Education, especially at the departments of electronic engineering and electrical engineering, are listed as following : 1.The principle of serial communication. 2.The application of remote monitor control software. 3.The selection of module controller. 4.The matching between Adventech Studio and module controller. 5.The complete construction of R.M.C.S. The practice equipments that were designed based on the teaching units in this study includes remote monitor control software, module controller(Isolated RS-232 to RS-485 Converters, Digital I/O Module, Analog I/O Module, Relay Output Module, Single-Chip Practice Board),Sensor, I/O Interface, and Power Circuit.
