商業職業學校教學資源中心規劃之研究-以臺北市立士林高商為例

摘要


本研究主要目的為探討臺北市立士林高商設置教學資源中心教學資源、設備現況與需求,並提出教學資源中心具體規劃建議作為相關職業學校參考。本研究係以文獻分析法分析相關的文獻,做為研究的基礎與問卷設計的參考;並以問卷調查法進行實際調查工作。本研究調查對象僅限臺北市立士林高商校長、行政人員與教師。 依據問卷資料分析,本研究得到以下結果: 一、教學資源中心環境設置規劃需求有建置教材製作室、多媒體教學區、教學參考書庫、資訊檢索區、閱卷讀卡區、命題製卷、視聽媒體教室、教師研究區及無線網路環境。 二、教學資源中心人力支援服務需求為教材製作指導、軟體操作指導及教學資源整合。 三、教學資源中心教材資源服務需求為教學網站資源整合、各科題庫建置、各類教學影片及教師教材資源整合。 四、教師教學與教材資源需求為教科書、題庫、網路資源、參考書籍、講義、教學影片、教學光碟及報章雜誌。 五、教學資源中心教材製作軟體服務需求為文書處理軟體、影像處理 軟體及多媒體整合軟體。 六、教學資源中心教材製作設備服務需求為印表機、電腦、燒錄器、影印機、護貝機、數位攝影機、影音擷取裝置及讀卡機。 七、教學資源中心教學設備服務需求為筆記型電腦、單槍、投影機及手提CD音響。 八、教學資源中心在支援教學方面極需加強之項目為教育訓練、人力及環境設備。 九、教學資源中心鼓勵教師製作教材實施策略為辦理教材製作研習、成果展示及給予獎金鼓勵。 十、教學資源中心未來發展策略為充實校內教學資源及鼓勵教師積極參與。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the teaching resources, facilities and requirements in the Teaching Resource Center in Shihlin commercial high school, as well as offer specific suggestions as reference for other Teaching Resource Centers in fellow vocational schools. This study’s questionnaires design is based on the document analysis. This study’s subjects include the school principal, administrative staff and teachers of the Shilin commercial high school. The questionnaires analysis results are as follows: 1. The environmental arrangement in the Teaching Resources Center requires: room for the production of teaching materials , multimedia teaching space, teaching reference library, information index area, card-reading machine space, examination preparation area, AV media room, study area and wireless network environment. 2. The service of human assistance in the Teaching Resources Center requires: instruction for making teaching material, and software operation as well as teaching information integration. 3. The service of teaching material resource in the Teaching Resources Center requires: education web integration , corpus of exam papers for individual subject and the integration of teaching resources. 4. Teaching material resource requires: textbook, corpus of exam papers, network resource, ference book, supplementary, hand-out multimedia material, newspaper and magazine. 5. The software service of making teaching material requires: softwares of office, image processing, and multimedia integration. 6. The facilities of making teaching material in the Teaching Resources Center are: printer, computer, DVD re-writer drive, copy machine, laminator, DV, AV editing apparatus capture and card-reading machine. 7. The service of teaching facilities in Teaching Resources Center requires: notebook, projector, reflector, portable stereo. 8. The function of facilitating teaching of the Teaching Resources Center requires: education training, human resource, environment, and equipment. 9. The strategies of encouraging teachers to produce teaching materials in Teaching Resources Center are: seminar for making teaching materials, teaching achievement showcase and prize awarding. 10. The strategies of development in the Teaching Resources Center are to expand teaching resources and encourage teachers to participate.
