摘 要 本研究旨在瞭解目前國民中學教師專業成長的情形,及國民中學學校效能之現況,並探討教師專業成長與學校效能之關係。主要採用問卷調查方式實施,以台中市及台中縣國中教師為研究對象,根據文獻探討及相關實證之研究結果設計問卷,並進行問卷調查,最後將調查結果加以統計分析與討論。 本研究結果發現如下幾點: 一、台中縣市國民中學教師專業成長及學校效能之現況良好。 二、在教師專業成長之差異性分析上,不同「服務年資」、「擔任職務」、「婚姻狀況」及「學校位置」等變項在教師專業成長整體或向度有顯著差異存在。 三、在學校效能之差異性分析上,不同「性別」、「服務年資」、「擔任職務」、「婚姻狀況」、「學校位置」、「學校規模」及「學校歷史」等變項在學校效能整體或向度有顯著差異存在。 四、教師專業成長與學校效能之間呈現中度正相關,教師專業成長愈好,學校效能也愈佳;學校效能愈好,教師專業成長也愈佳。 五、根據逐步多元迴歸分析得知教師專業成長對學校效能具有足夠的解釋力,檢定結果均達顯著水準,教師專業成長各向度能聯合解釋學校效能20.1%的變異量,其中以「教學知能」向度影響最大。 六、學校效能對教師專業成長亦有足夠的解釋力,檢定結果均達顯著水準,學校效能各向度能聯合解釋教師專業成長22.1%的變異量,其中以「課程教學」向度影響最大。 關鍵字:教師專業成長、學校效能
A Study of the Relationship Between Teachers’ Professional Growth and School Effectiveness in Junior High Schools in Taichung City and County Abstract This study aims to find out about the junior high school teachers’ professional growth, junior high school effectiveness and the relation of these two. The study is conducted with questionnaires designed based on literature review and related empirical studies. The questionnaires were distributed to the junior high school teachers in both Taichung City and Taichung County. Then the collected data were analyzed and discussed. This study has made the following conclusions: 1. The status quo of both junior high school teachers’ professional growth and school effectiveness in Taichung City and County is good. 2. The variance analysis of teachers’ professional growth shows that variables such as “seniority”, “position”, “marital status”, “location of school” have significant differences in the teachers’ professional growth. 3. The variance analysis of school effectiveness shows that variables such as “gender”, “seniority”, “position”, “marital status”, “location of school” , “size of school”, “history of school”have significant differences in school effectiveness. 4. Teachers’ professional growth and school effectiveness reveal positive correlation, which means the better the teachers’ professional growth is, the better the school effectiveness is, and vise versa. 5. Stepwise multiple regression presents that teachers’ professional growth has ample explanation to school effectiveness.All the aspects of teachers’ professional growth account entirely for 20.1% of variance, and among them, “expertise of teaching” has the greatest influence. 6. School effectiveness has ample explanation to teachers’ professional growth.All the aspects of school effectiveness account entirely for 22.1% of variance, and among them, “curriculum and teaching” has the greatest influence.
