台北市高中女校學生休閒參與與憂鬱程度相關之研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究以臺北市高中女校學生為受試樣本,進行休閒參與憂鬱程度之間關係之探討,旨在研究:(一)女校學生的背景變項與休閒參與之關係;(二)女校學生的背景變項與憂鬱程度之關係;(三)女校學生休閒參與情形與憂鬱程度程度之關係。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺北市公私立八所女校,高中生及高職生一年級至三年級的女學生。採隨機抽樣,共抽取有效樣本924人,並以「臺北市高中女校學生休閒參與憂鬱程度之調查問卷」為研究工具,包含休閒參與量表、貝克憂鬱量表、個人基本資料三個部分。實際進行預試問卷及正式問卷施測及資料分析,所使用的統計方法包含描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析等方法進行資料的分析。研究結果摘要說明如下: 一、個人背景變項與休閒活動參與程度之關係:(一)高中女生的參與程度皆較高職女生高;(二)個人背景變項與休閒活動參與大部份成正相關;(三) 女校高中與高職學生在參與休閒活動之程度部份有顯著差異。 二、個人背景變項與憂鬱程度之關係:(一) 女校高中與高職學生在憂鬱程度之比較達顯著差異;(二)成績排名為後1/4的女生,其憂鬱程度分別高於排名為前1/4、前2/4-1/4、前3/4-2/4的女生。 三、休閒活動參與程度與憂鬱程度之間的關係:(一)六大休閒構面之中,文化休閒活動、運動休閒活動等兩個構面與憂鬱總分呈現顯著負相關;(二)每週休閒時間不同,會影響憂鬱的程度,其中每週休閒時間為2小時(含)以下者,憂鬱總分之平均數為最高;(三)一起參與休閒對象會影響憂鬱程度,其中一起參與休閒對象為一般鄰居或朋友者,憂鬱總分之平均數最高。 據本研究之結果,提出學術與實務建議,供未來對相關主題有興趣的專家學者參考。 關鍵字:休閒參與、憂鬱症、憂鬱程度

Abstract This paper is about the connection between leisure activities participation and degree of melancholy by sampling female high-school students in Taipei city; we analyze the relationship between (1) personal background variables of female high-school students and leisure activities participation (2) personal background variables of female high-school students and degree of melancholy and (3) leisure activities participation and degree of melancholy in girls’ high-school students. By random sampling all the female students in 8 high schools and vocational schools in Taipei city, we have 945 effective samples after measuring by “Questionnaire of leisure activities participation and degree of melancholy female among high-school students in Taipei city”. The question list includes: The Beck Depression Inventory-Second Edition and personal information; and the statistical inferences applied here are: descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation coefficients, We summarize the conclusions as following: (A) Relationship between personal background variables and leisure activities participation: (1) participation of leisure activities for the female students in high school is higher than that in vocational school; (2) generally speaking, personal background variables are in direct proportion to leisure activities participation (3) the difference of leisure activities participation for female students in high school and vocational school is significant. (B) Relationship between personal background variables and degree of melancholy: (1) the difference in the degree of melancholy for female students in high school and vocational school is significant; (2) for the female students whose academic records are in the last 25%, the degree of melancholy are higher than those of the rest of students. (C) Relationship between leisure activities participation and degree of melancholy: (1) among 6 leisure factors, both cultural leisure activities and physical leisure activities have negative correlations with “melancholy score”; (2) degree of melancholy is affected by the leisure time spent in each week. According to the results of our study, if the leisure time spent in each week is less than 2 hours, the average of melancholy score will be the highest. (3) Companies you choose also affect the degree of melancholy. If one of your companies is your neighbor or friend, the average of melancholy score will be the highest. The results of this research are referring to those who are interested in this field for the further study. Key words: leisure activities participation, melancholia, degree of melancholy
