本研究之目的有三: (一)瞭解桃園縣國民中學體育教師教學態度之現況。 (二)探討不同背景之現職國民中學體育教師在教學態度上的差異情形。 (三)分析桃園縣國民中學體育教師對於教學態度重要性看法與教學態度現況的差異情形。 研究方法採用問卷調查之方式,參與研究對象共有221位桃園縣國民中學體育教師。研究結果經綜合分析、討論後,獲致以下結論: 一、桃園縣國民中學體育教師對於教學態度重要性看法具高程度認同,且教學態度亦趨向正向。 二、在探究研究對象背景變項對於教學態度差異情形,本研究發現僅在不同年齡及不同年資上有顯著的差異。 三、桃園縣國民中學體育教師對於教學態度重要性看法與教學態度有顯著差異。在教學態度六個內涵層面中重要性看法上比教學態度現況樂觀,顯示了理想與現實之間,會因為現實環境與條件而存在著許多落差。 最後依據研究結論提出建議,以供教育行政機關、國民中學體育教師及後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study were to realize the teaching attitudes of the junior high physical education teachers (JHPETs), to investigate the differences among the teaching attitudes of JHPETs with different backgrounds, and to analyze the discrepancy between JHPETs’ belief in their teaching attitudes and their current teaching situations. The data collection of this study was based on the questionnaire administered to two hundred and twenty-one JHPETs in Taoyuan. The quantitative data was processed, analyzed, and discussed with descriptive statistics and SPSS. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. The JHPETs in Taoyuan greatly approve of the importance of the teaching attitudes, and they also have positive teaching attitudes. 2. Regarding to the causes of the teachers with different backgrounds to their teaching attitudes, there are significant differences among the teachers of different ages and different teaching years. 3. There are also significant differences between the JHPETs’ viewpoints on the importance of their teaching attitudes and their current teaching situations. Among the six aspects of the teaching attitudes mentioned in this study, the viewpoints on the importance of the teaching attitudes are confirmed much more positively than those of the current teaching situations. This result of the study shows that the great inconsistency between the reality and ideals as a result of the realistic conditions and environments. Finally, based on the main findings of this study, some suggestions are proposed for the reference of future study, educational administrative agencies and junior high school physical education teachers.
