資訊系統是一個重要的工具,能夠合併各面向的賽會管理需求,使運動賽會透過資訊科技的特性,迅速接收傳達、處理與發佈賽會資訊,給賽會參與者。本研究欲以國際運動賽會資訊系統需求分析與建構為研究主題,蒐集研究文獻、個案資料與賽會工作文件,以內容分析法加以比對彙整,不足之處再以訪談法對運動賽會管理人員進行半結構式訪談,最後提供賽會資訊系統需求分析的架構供相關人員參考。研究結果與建議說明如下:較為完整的國際運動賽會資訊系統設計,建議以領隊、工作人員、購票民眾與21個工作組別視為資料輸入/輸出之最終單位,以10種作業流程進行競賽性資料、協調性資料、服務性資料、行銷性資料與控制性資料之處理,以達成國際運動賽會的組織、計劃、協調、行銷與控制功能。本研究使用資料流程圖(Data Flow Diagram, DFD),將需求分析產出的系統初步分割架構、作業功能、處理程序並繪製之,繪製層級至Level-1 DFD,提供賽會資訊系統建置人員參考。
Information system plays an important role in integrating various requirements of most sport events managers because it can accelerate processes and announcements of information in sport events quickly. This thesis focused on analyzing and structuring information system requirements of international sport events hosted by Taiwan via content analyzing, case studying and sport events staff interviewing. The results were as follows: 1) A completed international sport events information system should contain 24 sources and 10 processes. It processed the competition, coordination, service, marketing and control information to fulfill the requirements of information system of international sport events. 2) This research illustrated the movement of data between external entities and the processes and data stores within the system with data flow diagram (DFD). On the part of it was broken down to level-1 DFD.
