台灣光電產業從業人員回流教育需求之研究

A Study on the Demand of Recurrent Education for the Employee of Optical-electronic Trade in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解光電產業員工回流教育學習需求與現況,藉由所得到的數據,提出具體建議,以供光電產業規劃員工參與回流教育之參考。 本研究主要採用問卷調查法,以中部科學園區及新竹科學園區中,大型(2家)、中型(2家)、小型(1家)公司員工為研究對象,立意取樣抽選350人作為研究樣本,運用「光電產業從業人員回流教育需求問卷」進行調查,共得有效問卷237份。所得之資料以平均數、標準差、卡方考驗等統計方法處理。分析後歸納如下:光電產業員工參加回流教育的意願高達66.7%,超過五分之三,這可能受光電產業科技進步快速,員工必須適時進修,才能勝任工作有關,在回流教育的內容需求程度上,以「語言類」最高,員工認為回流教育最適當的辦理型態為「實務操作實習」與「面對面教學」,認為最適當的辦理地點為「自己的公司」、「大專院校進修專班」及「政府職業訓練中心」,最適當的進修時間為「自己公司安排固定的時間」、「非假日晚上」,最有能力的提供單位為「自己的公司」、「政府職業訓練中心」,而希望得到的文件證明以「畢業證書」、「結業證書」比例較高,員工覺得參加回流教育遇到的困難中「工作繁忙」、「進修費用過高」、「工作單位不支持」比例較高。光電產業員工認為獲得回流教育訊息管道以「電腦網路」、「服務(工作)單位」、「報章雜誌」三者比例較高。 關鍵字:回流教育、終身教育、學習社會、光電產業從業人員

The purposes of this research are to investigate the situation of on the job workers going back to school in optical and electrical industry nowadays, and provide suggestions for related enterprises to improve the recurrent education. There were 350 people randomly selected as the sample objects of our survey, which named 「The Requirements of Recurrence Education in Optical and Electrical related Workers Q&A」, stratified collected from two big , two medium and one small companies separated from Taichung and Hsinchu Science Park. Among them, 237 effective samples were studied in results. The mean, differential, and Chi-Square test methods were used in this research. The rate of willing to join recurrent education among samples reaches 66.7%, over third-fifths. It might be related to the need of workers want to increase their profession and the knowledge about their jobs due to the rapid progress of optical and electrical industry. It shows that the first demand of content of the recurrent education is ”Language”. Then,”practical operation”and “learning face to face” are the most suitable ways to implement recurrent education. The most favior places are “their own companies”,”school of college” and “government training center” for locality priority; the best learning time are “night on weekdays” and “the fixed time arranged by their own companies”; the most suitable units to offer the curriculum are “their own companies” and “government vocational training center” and the diploma workers need to get are “diploma” and “certificate”. Besides, the difficulities workers may meet when they attend recurrent education are “too busy to attend the education”,”the high payment” and “no financial support from their company”. In addition, some other strategies for recurrent education are through “Internet”, ”the unit of their work”, and ”newspapers and magazines”.
