高溫超導平面式一階梯度計物理特性之研究

摘要


本論文的研究工作主要是探討高溫超導平面式直接耦合一階磁場梯度計的製作及物理特性。 利用光學製版的技術將鈦酸鍶基板蝕刻成階梯的形狀形成約瑟芬接面,在階梯式板上鍍上YBCO的薄膜,再經光學製版技術蝕刻薄膜後製成樣品。我們已能製作出工作溫度高於 77 K 的磁場梯度計。 我們發現階梯式基板品質的好壞,主要決定於曝光顯影的時間以及氬離子束入射的角度,至於階梯式基板所形成的約瑟芬接面.符合電阻分型。 梯度計磁通雜訊頻譜主要可分為兩部分:一是較高頻的部分的 white noise 與頻率的大小無關;較低頻的部分為 1/f noise 其雜訊大小與頻率倒數成線性關係。 此外,我們驗證本實驗所製作之梯度計的輸出電壓與磁場的一次微分成正比。我們還發現梯度計除了與磁場梯度大小外,還與基線與梯度場方向之夾角有關。當磁場梯度方向與基線方向平行時,會有最大的輸出電壓。

In this thesis we fabricated and discussed the performance of high Tc superconducting planar directly coupled first order Gradiometer. The devices were patterned with the standardphotolithography, operated at temperatures up to 77 K. We found the equality of step-edge junctions was determined by the exposure time and the incident angle of Ar+ ion. The step-edge junction consisted with RSJ model. There are two main sources of magnetic flux noise spectrum. One is white noise independent of frequency,the other is 1/f noise proportional to reciprocal of frequency. We checked that the output voltage of gradiometer has linear relation with first order differential of magnetic field. However, the output voltage of gradiometer also depended on the angle between the magnetic gradient direction and baseline. It was found the maximum output voltage of gradiometer could be obtained while the two directions were parallel.
