PACER預測最大攝氧量及相關生理變項之研究

摘要


最大攝氧量是提供體育老師或教練評估個人心肺適能最具信,效度的指標。但是實驗室裡的測試並不合乎經濟效益,也因此有許多種在操場上的測試方法(PACER、長距離持續跑走等)被發展出來。本研究以60位男、女學生為受試對象,以皮爾遜積差相關法比較實驗室的最大攝氧量、PACER和800/1600公尺等測驗之同時效度及PACER之再測信度;若相關達顯著水準,則以逐步迴歸進一步計算PACER預測最大攝氧量之迴歸公式。並自受試者中,隨機抽取8位受試者,利用單因子變異數分析考驗PACER、800/1600公尺跑走以及實驗室中最大攝氧量、每分換氣量、最高心跳率、最大運動後的血乳酸實際值之差異。研究結果發現:一、60位受試者以PACER預測最大攝氧量之同時效度均達統計上顯著水準(P<.05)。並且除了高中男之外,均高於800/1600m測驗的同時效度,分別為:國中男r = .71、國中女r = .77、高中女r = .77。二、PACER再測信度達統計上顯著水準(p<.05)。三、每分換氣量和最高心跳率之實際值達到顯著差異(p<.05)。F值分別為:8.16、8.26。四、國中生PACER預測最大攝氧量之迴歸公式: = 0.473X1 - 1.470X2 + 38.185;高中生PACER預測最大攝氧量之迴歸公式: = 0.469X1 + 1.387X2 – 5.50。(X1=PACER趟數X2=年齡)。 研究結果顯示,PACER預測最大攝氧量的同時效度優於800/1600m跑走,因此以PACER的實用性與方便性來看,應適合成為學校測試心肺耐力的工具之一。

A laboratory measure of maximal oxygen uptake is generally considered to be the best estimate of aerobic fitness, but this procedure is unsuitable for most school and there are a lot of field test(PACER , distance run) has developed. The purposes of this study were to compare the PACER`s validity with 800/1600m walk/run test and to validate the test-retest reliability of PACER. Sixty subjects completed this study (mean age: 16.28+/-2.68yrs,mean BMI:20.72+/-2.53). Eight subjects were randomize to performed the PACER, 800/1600m walk/run test and maximal exercise test with AeroSport test meter. Pearson`s product-moment correlation was used to compare the concurrent validity of PACER test to 800/1600m walk/run test, and the equation for predicting VO2max was also developed. Intraclass coefficient with one-way ANOVA model was used to determine the test-retest reliability of the PACER . The results revealed that: (1) Concurrent validity of PACER was higher than the 800/1600m walk/run test.(junior-male and junior-female: r = .71 & .77 ,p<.05; senior-male and senior-female: r = .82 & .77, p<.05 respectively). (2) Test-retest reliability of the PACER was:(r = .72, p<.05). (3) Minute ventilation and maximal heart rate was significantly different.(4) According to stepwise regression equation of predicting VO2max (criterion, ml·kg-1·min-1) from the PACER (predictors, laps) was: junior subjects`s VO2max = 0.473X1 - 1.470X2 + 38.185 ( X1=laps X2=years ), senior subjects`s VO2max = 0.469X1 + 1.387X2 – 5.50. It is concluded that using PACER test estimate cardiorespiratory endurance is as valid as 800/1600m walk/run test for junior/senior high school students.
