本研究的主要目的是為了修訂現有中國人幸福感量表,發展適合我國國中學生之幸福感量表,藉以做為未來相關課程、活動等發展之評估相關依據工具及指標,同時瞭解對於國中生之「幸福感」其本質、相關特有影響因素並針對現有國中生幸福感之程度進行了解。本研究的主要工具乃參考中國人幸福感量表(Chinese Happiness Inventory;CHI),進行修改成為適用於研究對象國中生之版本,並參酌其前身牛津幸福感量表(Oxford Happiness Inventory;OHI)及相關研究文獻,增加有關國中生幸福感之指標因素,在參考國內外有關幸福感之相關研究,遂而發展成本研究之研究架構。 根據本研究之抽樣母群,本研究母群之國中生為台北市內各公私立國民中學或完全中學(同時有國中一年級及三年級)一及三年級學生,而研究之樣本則為本研究分層隨機抽樣之三所國民中學或完全中學(同時有國中一年級及三年級)之一年級及三年級學生,分別為A、B、C三校,所提供的班級數分別為8班、8班及6班,國一及國三各佔一半,總共施測22個班級,計有效問卷607份。 本研究的主要發現如下: 1.本研究之研究工具,在經內容建構效度及專家效度的雙重考驗與信度的檢定,並與之前研究比較,證實為一個穩定的工具,並在國中生對象上的測量仍維持「幸福感」之原始構念。 2.本研究中發現,社會人口學之變項及相關客觀環境,對於幸福感預測力低,無法有效預測幸福感的高低。 3.本研究發現,有關於生活中的主觀評估及滿意程度,對於幸福感呈現高預測力,能有效預測幸福感的高低。 4.本研究發現,來自好朋友的支持及關係的聯繫,對於幸福感呈現高預測力,能有效預測幸福感的高低。 5.本研究發現,對於自己的喜愛及接受程度,對於幸福感呈現高預測力,能有效預測幸福感的高低。 6.本研究之質性資料與量性資料結果一致,確認上述變項對於幸福感的影響力。 7.國中生之幸福感相關模式與成人在內涵上因環境時空不同有差異,但在對幸福感的認知上,並無構念上的違背。 根據研究發現,提出數項建議,提供國內相關幸福感研究及有關單位之參考,並提供未來研究之相關建議。
The main purpose of this study is revising the Chinese Happiness Inventory (CHI) and developing an adequate happiness inventory for the junior high school students in Taiwan. In addition to use the inventory as an indicator or an instrument for further curricular developing or activity design. In conjunction, this study also explores the essence as well as the factors of happiness of the research subjects. The main instrument used in this study was developed after revising and modifying the Chinese Happiness Inventory (CHI). The framework of this study emerged from research worldwide as well as in Taiwan. The Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI) was the primary source used for the development of the Chinese Happiness Inventory (CHI), therefore it was also an important reference aimed at the developing of this study’s instrument. All of the students at the junior high schools and the junior departments ( the total high schools in Taipei City enrolled in the 2001 academic year) were included in the population. The Stratified random sampling method was used to select the sample. In total, 3 schools, 22 classes with 607 effective questionnaires were collected and used. The main results of this study are as follows: 1.After proceeding dual validity test for the content constructing and experts’ perspectives, the instrument of this study shows a stable trait. Even though the subjects had been converted to junior high school students. 2.Demographic variables and other objective outcomes hold no prediction of the happiness of junior high school students. 3.Subjective evaluations toward life and satisfaction with life did hold strong predictions of the happiness of junior high school students. 4.The relationships and support from close friends did hold strong predictions of the happiness of junior high school students. 5.The acceptance toward him/herself did hold strong predictions of the happiness of junior high school students. 6.The data from qualitative and quantitative research showed no difference. Both indicated and supported the results as above. 7.Differences were found between the adult and junior high school students’ content and concept of happiness due to the different living situations, but nothing fundamental against the construction or concept of happiness was found in this study. According to the findings of this study, several suggestions were omitted with regard to as reference of the authorities. And also aimed to help the further and future studying in this field.
