本研究主要目的在於瞭解桃園縣市國中學生實際參與休閒活動、期望參與休閒活動的情形及探討影響參與休閒活動的阻礙因素,並比較不同背景變項參與休閒活動之差異情形。 研究對象為桃園縣市九十學年度第二學期註冊之一、二、三年級國中學生1776名。並以自編之「桃園縣市國中學生休閒活動參與現況之相關研究調查問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。根據實際調查資料,以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法處理,結果發現: 一、桃園縣市國中學生實際參與最多的休閒活動類型依序為娛樂型、極限 型、大眾型休閒活動。其中實際參與最多的休閒活動項目依序為看電視(錄影帶、DVD)、電腦、籃球、玩電動玩具、逛街。 二、桃園縣市國中學生期望參與最多的休閒活動類型依序為娛樂型、極限型、閒逸型休閒活動。其中期望參與最多的休閒活動項目依序為看電視(錄影帶、DVD)、電腦、玩電動玩具、籃球、逛街。 三、影響國中學生參與休閒活動之阻礙因素以個人阻礙因素為最高。其中以沒時間或時間無法配合、課業太多及考試壓力大的問題為主要原因。 四、性別、年級等重要變項,對學生的休閒活動參與情形,均呈現顯著差異。
This study aims to understand what kind of leisure activities junior high school students actually participate in, what kind of activities they want to participate in, and what affects their participating of leisure activities. It also discusses the differences of leisure activities participation under different variants. The research subjects are 1776 junior high school students registered in the second semester of year 2001 in Taoyuan City and County. To conduct the research, the author designed the survey “Questionnaire on Leisure Activities Participation of Junior High School Students in Taoyuan City And County.” The collected data were analyzed by means of statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. It was shown that: 1. Activities in which students actually participate most are entertainment-oriented, extreme-oriented, and popular-oriented ones. Among them the top five activities are watching TV(video, DVD), computer, basketball, video games, and shopping. 2. Activities which students want to participate in most are entertainment-oriented, and extreme-oriented ones. Among them the top five activities are watching TV(video, DVD), computer, video games, basketball, and shopping. 3. Obstacles affecting students’ participating of leisure activities most is personal obstacles. Among them the main factors are not having time or not having proper time, too much study and too much pressure from examination. 4. Sex and grade etc. important variants show obvious difference in students’ participation of leisure activities.
