「學習如何學習」的能力與養成--政大《大學報》做中學的擅變歷程

摘要


在變動的時代,固定的方法和思惟不可能獲得成功。在全球化、資訊社會下,唯有終身學習、積極進取才有勝出的機會。培養高素質的知識工作者和未來的精英,是高等教育重要的目標。學校教育如何在巨變潮流中,找到掌握變局的能力與因應的策略?教育工作者如何轉化自我思惟和行動,開啟教學新典範,並且為培育下一代的青年而努力?而學習者如何打開自己的心胸,開發自我無限潛能,樂觀積極迎接挑戰?培養自己成為一位具反思力、整合資訊、解決問題的未來領袖? 「學習如何學習」是一種能力。不懂得學習如何學習的人,將在競爭社會中,顯現疲態和劣勢。筆者針對「學習如學習的能量與養成」作一深入的探究,以個案研究方式對政治大學《大學報》編採實務課程進行研究,研究對象包括老師七位、學生約180人,採用觀察法、深入訪談法方式,了解《大學報》師生教與學的歷程。 研究者將學習如何學習分為四個面向,包括(1)課程面向;(2)教學面向;(3)學習面向;(4)環境面向;分析大學新聞實習教育如何透過做中學,培養學生學習如何學習的能力。 「學習如何學習」的能力如下: 1.情意面:(1)自律學習;(2)終身學習;(3)高峰學習。在情意面部分,主要是培養培養自我導向的終身學習者,對任何事抱持高度熱情與好奇心,並且轉化自己學習的慣性、正面思考,達到自我實現的高峰學習。 2.認知面:(2)反思的能力;(2)觀察的能力;(3)傾聽的能力;(4)自我批判的能力。在認知層面上,最重要是開放自己的心,用心學習,進而培養自我批判、自我反思的能力。 3.技能面:(1)具備知識整合的能力;(2)具解決問題的能力。學習者必須培養組織、再建構、整合知識、分析問題,進而增強解決問題的能力。 大學教育的目標之一是培養未來優秀的人才,而「學習如何學習」的能力有待學校及師生共同努力與開發。未來是跨科際整合的時代,亟待培養整合性人才,具備廣博的知識和專業的技能擁有絕對的競爭優勢。保有一顆開放、柔軟的心,隨時補充學習的能量,讓自己成為具反思力、批判力、創造力的人,透過「學習如何學習」能力的養成,開展自我潛能,並且進一步達到自我實現。

Abstract It’s difficult to be succeed if you use the same method and thought to do the same thing. In the global and information society, we have to learn all the time. To train the intellectuals and elites is the main goal of the colleges and universities. How can schools find the strategies to cope with trend?How can educators transform thinking and action and find the new teaching paradigm?And how can learners open their mind and develop their potential?How can learners encounter the challenges with enthusiasm?How can they become a master of reflective, information integration and problem solving? Learning how to learn is an ability. Someone who doesn’t know how to learn will not survive in the competitive society. This study focuses on learning how to learn, and the method is case study. Researcher uses the participant observation and interview to inquire the process of teaching and learning in Journalism of National Chengchi University. There are four dimensions of this study. They are curriculum, teaching, learning and environment. How journalism education through learning by doing ,to improve learning how to learn . Based on the aims of the paper, the following conclusions are reached by using qualitative interviews. The abilities of learning how to learn are folling: 1. The affection They include self-regulated learning, lifelong learning and peak learning. To foster self-directed lifelong learners, who are curious and enthusiasm about everything. They can change their habits of learning and have positive thinking. The peak leaning is that self-fulfillment. 2. The cognition They include reflection, observation, listening and self criticizing.The most important is to open mind and mindful learning. 3. The skill They include information integrated and problem solving abilities. Learners have to develop constructing, integrating, analyzing abilities.
