本研究的主要目的是使用一部Redlake高速攝影機和一塊Kistler測力板同步收集運動學及動力學資料來比較分析11名國內優秀男子游泳選手抓台式與擺臂式出發動作實施的差異,並以分析後較佳之擺臂式出發動作做接力賽之接跳時間訓練,探究接跳時間的訓練成效。本研究使用SAS統計軟體,以皮爾遜積差相關比較各參數間的相關程度,並以t-test檢驗兩種出發動作間的差異。 一、 在兩種不同出發動作的參數比較中,達顯著差異的有垂直速度、起跳角度、空中時間、入水距離、出發10公尺時間及標準化最大作用力。 二、 兩出發式相關達P<0.05水準的有:水平速度與合速度,垂直速度與起跳角度、空中時間及入水距離,起跳角度與空中時間及入水距離,空中時間與入水距離。而抓台式出發之出發10公尺時間與合速度、水平速度及擺臂式出發之標準化作用力與垂直速度及起跳角度,水平速度與空中時間的相關達P<0.05水準。 三、 受試者在經過四週的接力跳水訓練後,每人擺臂式接跳時間進步0.25秒。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference of the grab start and swing start. Using the swing start, the suggested way of the research result to make the practice of relay to find out the reaction time of relay practice. Eleven elite male swimmers participated in this study. One Redlake high speed camera and a Kistler force plate were positioned perpendicularly to the movement direction to collect the kinematics and kinetics data. The data were calculated with SAS statistics software and Pearson Product moment correlation and get the difference of the two starts by T-test. The conclusion of this study were as below: 1. Comparing with the data of the two start, we found the following items with significant difference: vertical velocity, takeoff angle, flight time, enter distance and 10 meters time. 2. Significant correlations (P<.05) between grab start and swing start are as following : takeoff horizontal velocity and takeoff velocity/10 meters time, vertical velocity and takeoff angle/flight time and enter distance, takeoff angle and flight time and enter distance, flight time and enter distance. 3. The reaction time of relay of all the swimmers were improved 0.25sec after the 4 weeks training. Key words:
