摘要 本研究旨在探究新世紀教育環境變遷之際,政府積極推動教改,我國技職教育體質轉化的同時,高級職業學校圖書館如何發揮「教學資源中心」的功能,以因應時代需求和教育革新,協助老師提昇教學品質,相關研究結果,亦期望能作為未來高職教學資源中心建構與利用之參考。 為達研究目的,首先蒐集國內外文獻,分析「教學資源中心」的相關資料;其次藉由國內外相關學會標準與學者專家對「教學資源中心」功能服務之意見看法,與實際從事相關教學工作者提供相關需求意見進行問卷設計;最後,以臺北地區(臺北縣、市)公立高級職業學校師生為對象,針對研究工具「臺北地區公立高職製圖科教師對教學資源中心服務需求及滿意度問卷調查表」、「臺北地區公立高職製圖科學生對教學資源中心服務需求及滿意度問卷調查表」進行調查,瞭解高級職業學校圖書館服務現況及高級職業學校老師的教學需求與學生的學習需求。 本研究之發現與結論為: 一、 臺北地區公立高職製圖科教師對教學資源中心八大類功能服務之需求程度平均值為4.03,於極不需要與極需要之五等第量表中,在4(需要)以上,顯示目前臺北地區公立高職製圖科教師對教學資源中心八大類功能服務有需求;且對教學資源中心八大類功能服務需求程度中,教學相關軟硬體需求最高(4.22)其他依次為培養資訊素養服務(4.11)、教學環境安排(4.09)、教學視聽資料製作(4.06)、教師發展(4.03)、遠距教學支援(4.01),是高職教學資源中心前六項優先考慮推行發展的功能服務類別。 二、 臺北地區公立高職製圖科學生對教學資源中心八大類功能服務之需求程度平均值為3.9 1, 於極不需要與極需要之五等第量表中,趨近4(需要),顯示目前臺北地區公立高職製圖科學生對教學資源中心八大類功能服務有需求;且對教學資源中心八大類功能服務需求程度中,學習相關軟硬體需求最高(4.08)其為學習環境安排(4.02)是高職教學資源中心前兩項優先考慮推行發展的功能服務類別。 三、臺北地區公立高職製圖科師生對任教學校圖書館在教學資源中心之八大類功能服務滿意程度與需求程度有顯著差異;同時顯示,臺北地區公立高職製圖科教師對教學資源中心之需求程度顯著高於目前服務現況。 根據本研究之發現與結論,研究者對高職「教學資源中心」、教育當局提出一些建議,期能提供我國高職未來在規劃、發展教學資源中心及後續研究者之參考。 關鍵詞:教學資源中心、學校圖書館、學校圖書館媒體中心、教學科技、資訊素養
Abstract Accomping the introduction of the era of a lifelong learning society is the development and diversification of the Industrial Vocational education.As a conseguence, the Instructional Resources Center(IRC) plays avery important role in cirriculum reform and cirriculum development. the Instructional Resources Center(IRC) should not only take the step toward modern lifelong learning resource center but also increase the amount of materials and information to meet user`s needs;emphasize both the quality and guantity of services to help teachers improve professional growth and teaching effects. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the function of the Instructional Resources Center(IRC)of the Industrial Vocational High School(IVHS)in Taiwan .It contains two parts ,The first part concerned general background information of the respondents .The second part is a list of functional statements develop from eight main functional services : they are software and equipment related service ,audio visual materials production ,instructional development ,faculty development ,long distance educational support ,instruction evaluation ,classroom environment arrangement and information literacy. The result of the data analysis indicates that: 1. The needs for the eight main functional services of the IRC from the instructors of each individual IVHS are above normal requirement. 2. The needs for the eight main functional services of the IRC from the students of each individual IVHS are balanced with the requirement. 3. The instructors and the students of the IVHS have different satisfactory and requirements for the school libraries role as the IRC. As the same time, the instructors and the students of the Taipei IVHS has higher requirements for the IRC then the current service level. As a result of this study,researcher has made some suggestions. Hoping that it can provide some help for future design and developments of the IRC. and also as a reference for the future researchers.
