本研究旨在探討台北市扶輪社社員參與社會服務滿足感之情形,並根據研究結果提出結論與建議。 為達上述目的,本研究以自編之「台北市扶輪社社員參與社會服務滿足感問卷」為研究工具。研究對象為台北市扶輪社社員,並以亂數表隨機抽樣方式抽取30個扶輪社作為調查單位,再從被抽取的30個扶輪社中隨機抽取15至25人不等的社員為施測對象,共計發出問卷563份,實際有效回收問卷507份,有效問卷回收率為90.05%。再分別以描述統計、相依樣本單因子變異數分析、單因子多變項變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗等統計方法對研究資料進行統計分析。 本研究發現,台北市扶輪社社員以男性、41~60歲、已婚、大專院校以上教育程度者為主。而扶輪社社員參與社會服務之滿足程度頗高,其中以「自我成長」最為突出,顯示扶輪社員透過參與社會服務,不但能夠自我肯定,亦能夠培養其公民社會的意識及增進社區參與的能力,獲得學習與成長的正面經驗,充分體現服務學習的精神;而在「資源運用」的滿足感程度則較其他構面為低,顯示扶輪社社員對於此一構面期望有更為滿意的改進。此外,台北市扶輪社社員隨著年齡、婚姻狀況、宗教信仰、加入扶輪社的年資、目前是否擔任重要幹部、目前是否參加其他服務性社團及是否曾經參與其他社會服務之不同,其參與社會服務之滿足感有顯著差異。 根據本研究之研究結論,針對扶輪組織提出如下研究建議,以供改進扶輪社社員參與社會服務實施之參考:(1)加強吸收新社員並維持現有社員;(2)增加扶輪社員參與社會服務之相關訓練;(3)妥善進行社員參與社會服務之工作分配;(4)提供扶輪社員間互動合作的機會;(5)提供扶輪社員與其他組織互動合作的機會。
The purpose of this study is to find out Taipei Rotary members’satisfaction toward the issue of involving community service. To conduct a conclusion and proper suggestions, a questionnaire is devised. The target surveyors are those Rotary Members in Taipei. There are 507 actual returned surveys. Then descriptive statistics, repeated measures, one-way Analysis-of-Variance and T-test are used to analyze the research database. The findings of this quantitative study is as follow: 1. Most rotary members in Taipei are male. They are at the averaged age of 41~60, married, and their education level are above college/university. 2. The Rotary Members highly appreciate in such event of joining the community service. 3. The satisfaction of involving community service can be affected by the members’age, marriage, religions, time frame of enrolment, executive status, and the multi-involvement of service associations . Five recommendation for Rotary Club are suggested: 1. To absorb more members and at the meanwhile keep all the original members. 2. To provide members more opportunities for relative service training. 3. To have a good management of task distribution. 4. To provide more opportunities of internal cooperation for Rotary members. 5. To provide more opportunities of external cooperation service with other associations for Rotary members.
