高雄市老人健康教育需求之研究

摘要


研究為研究高雄市老人的健康教育的需求,針對在高雄市的老人活動中心活動的六十五歲以上的老年人進行研究,本研究共發出200份問卷,回收195份問卷。本研究有以下九點發現: 1.在受訪的老年人中,對於生理健康教育需求最多;生命意義健康教育需求最少。 2.男性老年人在生理健康教育方面比較重視疾病的狀況與減緩;女性則較重視疾病的原因與建緩,但是兩者都很重視用藥的知識,而兩者的健康教育需求則相似。 3.已退休的老年人健康教育需求比未退休的老年人高。 4.對於不同居住地區的老年人來說,北區的老年人健康教育需求比南區的老年人高。 5.在不同年齡層的老年人來說,81-85歲的老年人對於健康教育的需求最高;66-70歲的老年人健康教育需求最低。 6.在不同社經地位的老年人,高社經地位的健康教育需求最高;最高社經地位的健康教育需求最低。 7.在不同健康自評中,身體不健康的老年人健康教育需求最高;身體健康的老年人健康教育需求最低,比較重視生理、心理與社會健康教育需求。 8.在不同收入自評中,收入夠用的老年人有較高的健康教育需求;收入不太夠用老年人的較低的健康教育需求。 9.在不同居住情形,獨居老年人的健康教育需求高於與家人關係良好的老年人。

The main point of this research is to study the senior citizens in need of health education who appear in the age’s activities center in Kaohsiung. The researcher provides 200 questionnaires to the age’s activities center, and retrieves 195 questionnaires. We achieve the following nine conclusions: 1.The senior citizens who’ need more physiology health educational than life health educational need. 2.In physiological health educational need, The old men respect for the situation and lightness of illness;The old women respect for the cause and lightness of illness , but they also respect for the knowledge of medicines. The old men and women’s other need are the same. 3.In health educational need, the old men who are retired are more than the old men who are not retired. 4.In health educational need, the old men who live in Kaohsiung north area are more than the old men who live in Kaohsiung south area. 5.Among the old who have different are layer, health educational needs in 81-85 years old are more than health educational needs in 66-70 years old. 6.Among the old who have different social-economical status, the high social-economical status has most health educational needs; the highest social-economical status has lowest health educational needs. 7.Among the old who have different health self-assessment, the unhealthy old have most health educational needs; the healthy old have more physiologic, psychological and societal health educational needs. 8.Among the old who have different income self-assessment, the old who have enough income have more health educational needs; the old who haven’t enough income have lower health educational needs. 9.Among the old who have different life conditions, the old who live alone have more health educational needs than the old who live with family member.
