摘要

本研究目的，在於探討治療社區中成年男性藥癮者所經驗之戒癮復原歷程的改變因子，以及其戒癮復原改變歷程。研究問題有：（一）治療社區促使成年男性藥癮者戒除藥癮而達到復原之改變因子有哪些？（二）治療社區中成年男性藥癮者戒癮復原歷程之改變因子出現脈絡為何？（三）治療社區中成年男性藥癮者戒癮歷程之復原特徵出現脈絡為何？本研究以十一位晨曦會苗栗戒毒村中接受戒治輔導的十八歲以上成年男性藥癮者為受訪者，以半結構式的深度訪談蒐集資料，以紮根理論研究法為訪談資料的分析方法。研究結果為：（一）研究者發現治療社區中戒癮復原歷程的三十六個改變因子，其內容顯示，晨曦會治療社區戒癮模式藉由其特殊的環境與管理，讓成員產生「更新與自己的關係」、「更新與他人的關係」、「更新與神的關係」等三方面關係更新的改變；（二）治療社區戒癮歷程可分為「排毒期」、「戒毒期」、「維持期」等三個時期，並其包含三方面更新關係的脈絡；（三）治療社區成員在戒癮歷程中，按照時間的進展，呈現出「身體復原」、「心理復原」、「靈性復原」等復原特徵。研究者的結論為：治療社區透過其環境與其中的關係，塑造並更新一個人的生命，讓成員經過其中的戒癮歷程，能獲得身心靈皆復原的全人改變。

The purpose of the study is to explore the curative factors and the characteristics of the recovery process of the drug treatment for those adult male drug addicts in a therapeutic community. The main three research questions are: (1)What are the curative factors in the drug treatment and recovery process? (2)How these curative factors evolve in the drug treatment and recovery process？ (3)What are the characteristics and phases of the drug treatment and recovery process？ Eleven adult male drug addicts age ranged from 19 to 43 years old living in the「Operation Dawn Miaoli Therapeutic Community」were interviewed individually using a semi-structured in-depth interview method. Interviewed data were transcribed and further analyzed employing grounded theory method. Major research findings are: (1)In the specific designed therapeutic environment，36 curative factors are found in the drug treatment and recovery process. The core theme of these 36 factors is named “The Renewal of Life” which contains three main aspects named “Renewal of Relationship with Self”, “Renewal of Relationship with Others”, and “Renewal of Relationship with God” respectively. (2)The drug treatment and recovery process characterizes by three periods：Detoxification Period, Abstinence Period, and Maintenance Period. Each of the periods displays the three aspects of the renewal of life. (3)Three phases are also found in the entire course of drug treatment and recovery process. It includes Physical Recovery Phase, Mental Recovery Phase, and Spiritual Recovery Phase. In conclusion, the therapeutic community helps addicts achieve overall improvements on renewal of relationship with self, others, and God through managed environment. Addicts experience a holistic life renewal that consists of physical, mental and spiritual recoveries. The limitation and future direction of conducting the research are discussed in the end.
