台北縣國民小學護理人員電腦素養及其相關因素研究

摘要


本研究旨在了解台北縣國民小學護理人員之電腦素養現況及其相關因素,並依據研究分析所得之結果提出建議,以供教育單位作為職前及在職學校護理人員電腦素養培育課程規劃之參考。 本研究之研究工具為參考國內外相關文獻及依據研究者實際工作經驗自編之結構式問卷,研究對象為台北縣縣立國民小學護理人員。總計研究對象為180人,回收145份問卷,問卷回收率為80.56%,剔除5份廢卷,有效問卷共140份,有效問卷回收率為78.78%。 所得問卷資料以次數分佈、百分率、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸加以統計分析,結論如下:台北縣國民小學護理人員具有中等程度之電腦素養,其中以作業系統及周邊設備之操作能力最高,其次為電腦與網際網路的認識,而應用軟體及網路應用分居第三及第四;若以電腦素養中之單項來看,則以學生健康資訊管理系統的能力最好,而簡報製作能力則最差。而護理師、年齡較輕、教育程度越高、工作場所電腦設備達到標準、家中電腦設備達到標準、修習電腦課程學分數越高、參加電腦研習種類越多、電腦使用經驗越久、在家使用電腦的頻率越高、在家使用電腦的時間越長、工作中使用電腦的頻率越高、工作中使用電腦的時間越長、常使用的電腦軟體數量越多者,有較高之電腦素養。 台北縣國民小學護理人員電腦素養之重要預測變項為「電腦課程學分數」、「電腦研習種類」、「在家中使用電腦的時間」、「在家中使用電腦的頻率」、「在工作中使用電腦的時間」、「在工作中使用電腦的頻率」,而其中以「電腦課程學分數」影響力最大。

This research aims to assess the computer literacy of nurses in elementary schools in Taipei county and the reasons behind it. In addition, this research, based on its results, further provides suggestions for education authority as a reference when they design their computer courses for pre-job and on-the-job nurses. The research tools employed here are related overseas and domestic documents as well as the structural questionnaire self-designed by the researcher on the basis of the researcher’s real work experience. A total of 180 nurses in Taipei County elementary school district served as subjects of this research. Of 145 questionnaires received (the response rate reached 80.56%), 5 that were invalid were eliminated. The response rate for the remaining valid 140 questionnaires was 78.78%. The data collected has been calculated and analyzed by means of frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression models. The conclusion revealed is as follows: these nurses of Taipei County elementary school district possess mid-level computer literacy, and operate particularly well the operating system and peripheral equipment. Their knowledge of the computer and the Internet places second. Their skill to use application software and Internet applications ranks third and fourth respectively. In terms of computer literacy alone, these personnel perform best on student health data management system and worst on their presentation skills. Those personnel who are registered professional nurses,whose age are younger,who have higher education, whose computer facilities either at home or at work meet the required standard, who get higher credits for the computer courses taken, who participate in computer seminars of many kinds, who have more experience to use the computers, who use the computer more often and longer at home and at work, who use more computer software will have a better literacy of computers. The important predictable factors in this research of Taipei County’s nurses’ computer literacy are “credits for computer courses”, “categories of computer seminars”, , “how long they use computers at home”, “how often they use computers at home”, “how long they use computers at work”, and “how often they use computers at home”. Among these factors, “credits for computer courses” has the greatest influence.
