自我探索課程對國中生自我效能及生活適應影響之研究

摘要


自我探索課程對國中生自我效能及生活適應影響之研究 摘要 本研究主要目的在設計一套適合國中生之自我探索課程,並探討該課程對國中生自我效能及生活適應之影響效果。研究方法採取不等組前後測準實驗設計,以臺北市某國中62名七年級學生為研究對象,實驗組共30名學生,控制組共32名學生,實驗組接受為期十一週,每週一節課(45分鐘),共十一節課(共495分 鐘),控制組則接受原綜合活動課程。 本研究以「青少年多向度自我效能量表」及「中學生生活適應量表」為量化資料的評量工具,於實驗課程進行前與進行後分別進行前、後測,所得資料以單因子共變數分析進行統計處理,並分析「單元回饋表」、「課程總回饋表」、「教學省思札記」及「學生訪談大綱」為質性的輔佐資料以深入瞭解教學實驗之效果。 主要發現如下: 一、自我探索課程具有可行性。 二、自我探索課程有助於提升國中生自我效能,包括「人際效能」、「生涯效能」及「學習表現效能」層面,但無法有效提升國中生「體能表現效能」及「正 向心態」層面。 三、自我探索課程有助於提升國中生生活適應,包括「自我定向」、「社會適應」、「學習適應」、「自我意識」、「工作適應」及「自我勝任」層面,但無法有效 提升國中生「家庭適應」及「人際關係」層面。 四、實驗組學生對自我探索課程的看法持正向且肯定的態度,喜歡多元、有趣的教學內容與上課方式,覺得教學內容有趣且能幫助自我了解,給予每個單元很高的評價及滿意度,並表示課程對自我瞭解與生活適應很有幫助,因此喜歡上此課程。 最後研究者根據研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議,以作為未來學校教育及相關研究之參考。

The Effect of a Self Exploration Curriculum on Self Efficacy and Life Adjustment of Junior High School Students Yuan-Huei Chiu Abstract The purpose of this study was to design a self exploration curriculum which was suitable for junior high school students and to investigate the effects of the curriculum on students’ self efficacy and life adjustment. The design of nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group, as quasi-experimental design was applied to the study. There were totally 62 seventh students from a junior high school in Taipei county participating in this study, 30 of which were assigned to the experimental group and 32 of which to the control group. Students in the experimental group went through 11 sections self exploration curriculum for 11 weeks, 1 section(45 min), per week, while those in the control group accepted the original integrative activities curriculum. The quantitative instruments utilized to examine the effects of this study were ” Self Efficacy Inventory” and “Life Adaptation Inventory”, which were administered at before and the end of the curriculum. The collected data were analyzed with one-way ANCOVA. The qualitative data including “feedback questionnaires”, “interview data from students”, “teacher’s reflective journals” were analyzed to examine the effects of the curriculum. The findings were presented as the following: 1. Self exploration curriculum is feasible. 2. Self exploration curriculum could improve junior high school students’ self efficacy, including the aspects of “interpersonal efficacy”, “career efficacy”, and “learning performance competency”, but couldn’t improve the aspects of “physical performance competency”, and “positive mindset ”. 3. Self exploration curriculum could improve junior high school students’ life Adjustments, including the aspects of “self orientation ”, “social adaptation, “learning adjustments”, “self awareness ”, “task adjustments ”,and “self competence”, but couldn’t improve the aspect of “familial adjustment”, and “interpersonal relationship”. 4. Students in the experimental group took positive and affirm attitude toward self exploration curriculum. They liked various teaching methods and interesting contents. They considered that the contents of the curriculum are interesting and practical. They were satisfied with every unit of the curriculum and considered that it is helpful for self-understanding, and improve life adjustment. Therefore they liked to attend the curriculum. Base on the result of the study, the researcher also discussed and provided concrete suggestions for future development of education and research.
