國民中學訓育組長業務相關法律知識之研究

摘要


本研究旨在了解國中訓育組長對於業務相關法律知識的知曉情形,探討不同背景變項(性別、學歷、年齡、服務年資、師資養成方式、服務學校規模、參加法律相關研習時數、是否修習過法律課程、擔任訓育組長的年資)是否為影響國中訓育組長法律知識的因素。 本研究以自編之「國民中學訓育組長業務相關法律知識問卷」為研究工具,中部地區國中訓育組長為研究對象,以問卷調查法進行調查研究,並將調查所得資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行統計分析。研究發現如下: (一)國中訓育組長的性別、服務年資、師資養成方式、服務學校規模、參與法律相關進修頻率及擔任訓育組長的年資方面,無顯著差異。 (二)國中訓育組長的年齡與其法律知識有顯著差異,經由研究發現,年齡在61-70年次間的訓育組長法律知識分數較高,其次是71年次以下的訓育組長,最後是60年次以上的訓育組長。 (三)不同學歷的國中訓育組長其法律知識有顯著差異,經研究發現,大學學歷的國中訓育組長法律知識優於研究所學歷的國中訓育組長。 (四)是否修習過法律課程的訓育組長,其法律知識有顯著差異。修習過法律課程的訓育組長分數高於未修習過法律課程的訓育組長,可見如有適當的研習課程,對訓育組長的法律知識有相當的幫助。 根據上述結論,本研究提出以下建議: 一、將法律課程列為各師資培育機構必修學分 二、多舉辦相關法律知識研習 三、多充實自身的法律知識 關鍵字:訓育組長、法律知識

The main purpose of this study is to understand what the awreness of the supervisor of Student Activities Section about the affair of the law knowledge is and investigate the different background variables (such as gender, antecedent ,age, service seniority, teacher-developing forms , the dimension of the local school, the hours of thr research of the law knowledge of the affair,the experiences of the research of the law knowledge research , the seniority of being a supervisor of Student Activities Section) will influence their professional legislation(legal) knowledge. The study tool 〝A questionnaire for the legislation knowledge of the supervisor of Student Activities Section of junior high school” ,which is designed by the researcher, has been used in this investigation. The research subjects are the supervisors of Student Activities Section in the middle area of Taiwan.The study is analyzed by the statistics(frequency distributed table,percentage,mean,standard deviation,anova..etc.). The following findings are emerged from this study: A. There are no obvious differences for gender,service seniority, teacher-developing forms , the dimension of the local school, the hours of thr research of the law knowledge of the affair,and the seniority of being the supervisor of Student Activities Section. B. There is an obvious difference for age variableand.According to the study,the age (born between 1972-1981) have the most scores of legal knowledge,then ,the age (born after 1981 ) have the more scores of legal knowledge , the age (born before1972) of the supervisors of Student Activities Section have the least scores of legal knowledge . C. There is an obvious difference for anteceden variable. According to the study,the supervisors of Student Activities Section who were graduated from the universities have more legal knowledge than the ones who were graduated from the graduate schools. D. There is an obvious difference for the experiences of the research of the law knowledge.The studying experiences of the law knowledge could help to be a good supervisor of Student Activities Section. According to the above findings, the following suggestions are proposed: 1.The legal courses should become obligatory credits in the teacher-developing schools. 2.Hold more seminars for learning legal knowledge about the affairs of Student Activities Section. 3.The supervisors of Student Activities Section should study more legislation knowledge about their affairs.
