肥胖與體重過輕者從事中等強度運動對血漿瘦體素濃度的影響

摘要


瘦體素 (leptin) 在食慾調控與能量恆定上扮演重要的角色,而不同體重者之瘦體素濃度會有所差異,但在單次運動介入後是否也會有不同的影響仍不清楚。目的:探討單純肥胖與體重過輕者從事單次中等強度運動對血漿瘦體素濃度的影響。方法:受試者為18名健康但無規律運動習慣之坐式生活男性,分成肥胖組9名與體重過輕者9名 (身體質量指數:29.4±2.09 vs. 16.9±0.60 kg/m2)。所有受試者於隔夜禁食後,依體重進食統一提供之早餐,然後再進行45分鐘60% 最大保留心跳率 (HRR) 的中等強度運動實驗,實驗過程中並於安靜空腹 (7:15)、運動前 (8:15)、運動後立即 (9:00) 及運動後45分鐘 (9:45) 進行採血以檢測瘦體素。另外,為排除日夜節律的干擾,在運動實驗的前一天並安排一次控制實驗,實施程序與運動實驗相同,但不進行運動。結果:肥胖組之瘦體素濃度,無論在安靜空腹 (6.69±2.44 ng/ml)、運動前 (6.39±1.91 ng/ml)、運動後立即 (6.24±1.75 ng/ml)及運動後45分鐘 (6.02±1.91 ng/ml),皆顯著高於體重過輕組 (安靜空腹:0.69±0.86 ng/ml, 運動前:0.58±0.67 ng/ml, 運動後立即:0.56±0.70 ng/ml, 運動後45分鐘:0.47±0.54 ng/ml;p<.05)。另外,不論是肥胖組或體重過輕組運動實驗之瘦體素濃度與控制實驗相較後皆未達顯著差異。結論:血漿瘦體素濃度不受45分鐘中等強度運動的影響而改變,且不因肥胖或體重過輕而有所不同。另外,肥胖者的血漿瘦體素濃度顯著高於體重過輕者,此種差距亦不受45分鐘中等強度運動介入的影響。

Leptin play an important role in appetite, energy homeostasis and different body weight. On the other hand, different body weight has different leptin concentration level. However, the research on the single exercise interval affects the leptin concentrations in obese or lean men was remaining unknown. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of moderate exercise on plasma leptin concentrations in obese and lean men. Methods: Eighteen healthy sedentary male were separated in two groups. Nine obese and nine lean males were included in this study (body mass index: 29.4±2.09 vs. 16.9±0.60 kg/m2). All subjects had standardized breakfast, furthermore, they were required to perform 45-minutes cycle ergometer test at 60% of heart rate reserve (HRR) after overnight fasting. Venous blood samples were collected at resting (07:15), pre-exercise (08:15), immediately after exercise (09:00) and 45-minutes after exercise (09:45). Moreover, a control trial was conducted before the exercise day at the same time that excluded exercise. Results: There was significant higher in leptin concentrations level for the obese group between Resting (07:15)、pre-exercise (08:15)、immediately after exercise (09:00)、45-minutes after exercise (09:45) when compared to lean group. Moreover, there were no significant difference on leptin concentrations level between exercise trial (lean and obese group) and control trial. Conclusions: Moderate exercise does not affect serum leptin concentrations, neither in obese or lean men. Moreover, the serum leptin concentration for obese group was significantly higher than lean group, and hence that this differences were not affected by the intervention of moderate exercise.
