電子產品電鍍廢能廢水回收效益分析:以T公司為例

摘要


本研究針對廢能回收進行研究,分為三個部分,首先為改善前製程工作環境所採用蒸發式冷風降溫系統與中央空調作為節能比較,接著為製程中提供金屬電鍍加熱所需要的熱能供應系統進行節能比較,以目前常用電熱棒熱水器(Heater)與熱泵熱水器做分析比較,最後為確保最終產品的品質的後製程清潔用熱水洗活用依太陽能熱水器結合熱泵熱水器與獨立熱泵熱水器及現行加熱器之比較。 廢能不但能夠回收再利用也降低耗能及營運成本,整個耗能成本大大將低69.1%。節能部分可分成三部分,前製程生產環境、製程中鍍液加熱與後製程熱水洗其節省稅賦金額比例分別為32%、65%與3%。 在零汙水排放系統研究中,本研究針對零污水排放系統管理的製程做改變,其中以三個部分最為重要,分別為前處理程序、酸電解處理程序與鍍鎳程序為主軸,其他過程中參差水洗與脫脂作為輔助。然而製程的改變結果發現,前處理每月可以節省2355.8元,酸電解處理每月可以節省795.3元,鍍鎳程序每月可以省下17243.7元,廢水處理部份每月省下金額最多67264元,而且排放水的部分為零,水在系統中的運作能夠百分之百的回收。 在零排放系統運作時,所需的成本包含設備折舊費用、人工費、電費與材料費等等,完整的將整個系統所需的費用規劃出來,結果顯示,每年節省135.7萬元。每年費用由原本的461.2萬下降至325.5萬元。

In this study aimed at Exhaust energy recycling as study and divide it into three parts. First, as for improve the working environment of pre-processes to save energy compare by Vaporization cooling wind lowers the temperature system and central air-conditioning system. Second, the heat energy supply system during the pre-manufacturing offer metal electroplate heating to compared with save energy, and in this study we took heat pump geyser to compared. Finally, to insure the quality of products, in the post processes, using solar energy geyser combine with pump geyser, independent pump geyser and heating apparatus to compare. Exhaust Energy could not only recycle but to reduce the consumption and operation budget and the consumption could reduce 69.1%. Saving energy could diver into three parts, each of they are pre-processes produce environment, composite electroplating heat during the processes and water washing in the post processes, and each of them saving the cost 47.64%, 35.6%, and 16.76%. In the study of zero disposal facilities system aim at change the processes. There are there important procedures: pre-processes, acid electrolytic handle and nickel-plating. In the processes change result found out that pre-process could save NT$ 2355.8/month, acid electrolytic handle could save NT$793.3/month, and nickel-plating could save NT$ 17243.7/month, and waste water could save NT$ 67264/ month. In this way, water in this system could 100% recycling. When the zero disposal facilities system was working, the cost include depreciation, labor fee, electric bill, material cost and so on. The result show that measures would help decrease the cost of production that cost decrease from NT$4,612,000 to NT$3,255,000 per year, it save NT$1,357,000 per year.
