Adaptation is one of key issues to tackle climate change in the world, and vulnerability assessment can help government to decide adequately adaptation policies. The purpose of this study is to build a PSR (Pressure, State, and Response) vulnerable indicator framework in Taiwan, Analytical results are as follows: (1) there were vulnerability degradation in Taiwan since 1998; (2) PSR framework of Taiwan vulnerability indicators have strong co-integrated relationship which means can provide policy feedback; (3) weight selection among various dimensions with its component indicators is sensitivity on the performance of vulnerability indicators system.
