文化創意是將個人知識的轉化為有商業模式的產業型態,並佐以智慧財產權的保護。2002年倡導文化創意產業,希冀以文化作為後盾,創造經濟的價值途徑,文化創意產業政策如火如荼地展開;然文化創意產業的發展過於強調硬體的設置,後續的軟體配套缺乏,造成無法達到政府預期目標,且大環境不景氣的影響,更使得文化創意產業雪上加霜。為突破文化創意產業發展上的窘境,本研究關注創作、製造過程中的生產者著手,並以這些創意工作者為中心,瞭解這些工作者喜歡什麼;什麼樣的因素吸引這些創意工作者,幫助創意的生產;瞭解創意工作者的生產與市場模式,作為創作者的創作網絡。本研究以大台北地區的畫家,作為本研究的創意工作者。探討獨立單一創造的個體,投入長時間的創作與生產,所創作的作品於市場上與收藏家、民眾接觸,在這之間中間介入何種角色牽繫兩者的臍帶關係。 本研究發現畫家易受到易達性與寧適性兩因素影響,結合創作網絡中畫廊、美術館與替代空間的互動;畫家的創作作品得以在市場與消費者民眾接觸。受到國際潮流影響,畫廊經營也越來越多元,進而影響畫家的創作導向。畫廊運用自身的資金與人脈,行銷畫家與作品,是提昇知名度與身價的主要途徑。除了畫廊的主要途徑,美術館與替代空間的存在,各扮演領導、推廣潮流與挖掘新藝術的思維;與畫廊於創作網絡中各司其職,相互影響、支援,讓畫家與民眾、消費者的關係更深厚。
The cultural and creative industry is a commerce form which change knowledge myself and set up intellectual property rights. The Policy has built in 2002, and hope that create economy profit by cultural. However, the policy can’t reach expected target because it’s prefer to hardware development to software development, and economy recession make the target of policy dilemma. In order to break dilemma, the study care about the producer in the process of product, to understand what the creative worker like, what factor the creative worker be attracted, to help the product of creation, and understand the form of product and market for the creative worker, building the creative worker network. In study, the definition of the creative worker is represented by the painter in the great Taipei, and discuss that the painter often spend lots of time himself producing , how those work be contacted the collector and the common people, what actor participate in the relation. The study find that the painter is effected by accessibility and amenity. The galley, art museum and substitute the space interaction in network help the work of the painter to contact the collector and the common people. Because of international trend, the galley tend to multi-management, affecting the painter creative style. The galley use the capital and connection themselves, marketing the painter, promoting the painter’s fame and personal wealth. Except the galley, art museum and substitute the space respectively represent leader, popularization and find out new trend. In network the actor have themselves job, inter-effect, inter-support, consolidating, connecting the relation of the painter and the common people and the collector.
