外籍新娘的污名化-以新聞事件報導為例

摘要

跨國婚姻來台的女性逐年增加乃是不爭的事實，這也是一個社會現象。這樣的社會現象經由媒體報導提供一個窗口，使我們這些跨國婚姻來台的女性有更進一步的認識。然而，值的省思的是媒體在提供我們認識外籍女性的同時，新聞媒體報導外籍女性的題材往往以社會問題、假結婚，真賣淫、賣淫、非法打工、婚姻仲介等加以呈現，估且不論新聞媒體在報導上的取材是適當，這樣報導方式都直接或間接地影響到我們對於這些外籍女性的觀感，甚至形成負面的印象或者是偏見。當媒體報導關於這些跨國婚姻所遭遇到的問題時，所呈現出的新聞報導卻常以賣淫、假結婚，真賣淫、家暴、非法打工等負面的新聞題材，存在社會中的迷思是：新聞媒體希望透過報導方式使我們了解外籍女性在台灣所遭遇到的問題，但是社會大眾卻將外籍女性視為問題的根源所在。媒體在新聞題材上因為自身的價值和立場形成特殊的「框架」，經由媒體特定的「框架」來篩選出媒體認為值的報導的新聞，基於這樣的理由新聞在報導這些跨國婚姻女性時是否有意或無意的影響著我們對於跨國婚姻女性的印象，也許新聞只想提供這些女性所遭遇到的困境卻在無形中產生負面的觀感或印象，甚至是污名化的產生?

However, what the value province thinks is the media while provides us to know that foreign feminine, the news media report foreign feminine theme by the social question, the vacation marriage, is really often a prostitute, the prostitution, illegal to work, the marriage intermediary and so on to present, estimates no matter, and news media's in report selection is suitable, like this reported that the way directly or affects indirectly us regarding these foreign feminine impression, even forms the negative impression or is the prejudice.When the media reported when encounters the question which about these transnational marriages arrives, presents newspaper report actually Chang Yi is a prostitute, the vacation marriage, is a prostitute, the family storm, illegal to work really and so on negative news theme, has in the society the fan thinks is: The news media hoped that makes us by the report way to understand the foreign female encounters the question which in Taiwan arrives, but the social populace actually regard as the foreign female the question the root are.Media in news theme, because own value and the standpoint form “the frame” specially, specific “the frame” screens the media by way of the media to think that the value report's news, based on such reason news in reported when these transnational marital female whether to intend influence us who or have no intention regarding the transnational marital feminine impression, perhaps the news only wants to provide the difficult position which these females encounter arrive actually imperceptibly to have the negative impression or the impression, even is the infamy production?
