社工系學生對社會工作者形象之初探研究-以新北市為例

Preliminary study on social work students' view of social workers' image-New Taipei City as an example

摘要

本研究以新北市社工系學生為研究對象，以量化問卷的方式來了解社工系學生對社會工作者形象的看法。並探究實習經驗與專業課程是否會影響社工系學生對社工形象的看法，以及社工形象是否影響社工系學生未來從事社會工作的意願。

總共回收有效問卷363份，回收率達97%。問卷結果透過t檢定、單因子變異數、Pearson相關係數、多元回歸以進行分析，研究結果如下：

一、大學生對於社工形象看法前三名為：「多元發展型」、「溫柔婉約型」、「社
會倡議型」。
二、性別對社工形象「廉價勞工型」造成顯著性影響。
三、年級對於社工形象「溫柔婉約型」、「積功德型」、「廉價勞工型」、「沮喪
疲憊型」造成顯著性影響。
四、實習經驗對於社工形象「多元發展型」、「廉價勞工型」、「沮喪疲憊型」、
「積功德型」造成顯著性影響。
五、專業課程對於社工形象「溫柔婉約型」、「社會倡議型」、「多元發展型」、
「廉價勞工型」、「沮喪疲憊型」、「積功德型」造成顯著性影響。
六、正向的社工形象，例如「溫柔婉約型」、「多元發展型」的社工形象有助於大
學生選擇社工成為未來的職業。反之；「沮喪疲憊型」、「積功德型」則會
降低大學生選擇社工成為未來職業的意願。

最後根據研究結果，針對教育及實務部份提出建議以供參考。

Social work students of New Taipei City are the objects of this study. Their view of social workers’ image is known by a quantitative research questionnaire. Also, to make a thorough inquiry whether the internship experience or professional courses will impact social work students’ view on the image of social workers, and if social workers’ image will impact their future willingness to engage in social work.

A total of 363 valid questionnaires were recovered, the rate of recovery is about 97%. Results of the questionnaire are through the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions for analysis, the results are as follows:
First, the top three social workers’ images of students’ view are: “Diversified development type”、“Gentle and graceful type”、“Social initiative type”。Second, the gender on the image of social workers as “Cheap labor type” causes a significant impact. Third, the grade on the image of social workers as “Gentle and graceful type”, “Achievements and virtue accumulation type”, “Cheap labor type”, “Frustrated and exhausted type” cause a significant impact. Fourth, the internship experience on the image of social workers as “Diversified development type” , “Cheap labor type”, “Frustrated and exhausted type”, “Achievements and virtue accumulation type” cause a significant impact. Fifth, the professional courses on the image of social workers as “Gentle and graceful type”, “Social initiative type”, “Diversified development type”, “Cheap labor type”, “Frustrated and exhausted type”, “Achievements and virtue accumulation type” cause a significant impact. Sixth, a positive image of social workers, such as “Gentle and graceful type”, “Diversified development type” can help students to choose social work as their future career, and on the contrary, “Frustrated and exhausted type”, “Achievements and virtue accumulation type” will lower students’ willingness to choose social work as a future career. Based on the results, for both educational and practical parts, some suggestions are for reference.
