從研究者的社區學習歷程出發,本研究旨在探討社區工作者之學思歷程、實務經驗、專業反思以及對於社區工作教學之建議。本研究之研究問題為:一、社區工作者之實務經驗與專業反思為何?二、社區工作者過去社區工作教育與學習歷程為何?三、社區工作者對於未來社區工作教學與實務有何建議? 本研究透過訪談社區實務工作者、社區工作實習生與社區工作教學者進行資料搜集;研究分析包含社區工作實務樣貌、社區工作議題、社區工作發展契機、社區工作教育及社區工作眉角等面向。社區工作實務模式包括:進入機構做社區工作、進入社區組織做社區工作、工作者接案,社區工作學習途徑除了透過學校教育,生活體驗及持續學習可能是更重要且有效的。 從社區實務反思社區工作教學,在研究發現中提及,專業教育旨在傳授基本價值、基礎知識、工作方法與技巧,促使學生探索社會工作的根本精神,了解社區工作其實就是一種生活方式,並在知識與個人生活間產生連結而非斷裂。此外,社區工作怎麼教─教學者或許要有較大的包容性與創意,並且開闊自身與學生接觸社區實務的機會,思考如何達到「做中學」,建立妥善的督導機制與配套措施,並帶領學生從學習經驗中持續探索與反思。
The main theme of this study into explore community worker’s learning and thinking process, practical experience, profession introspection, and getting community work education suggestions. The research questions as follows: 1. How far the community worker’s practical experience and profession introspection have been rethink? 2. How far the community worker’s learning and education process reflect in community fields? 3. Any suggestions can be gotten to education and practice from community worker’s? This study interviewed community practical workers, community work interns, and community work teachers, to analyze community work practical appearance, community work discussion, community work developmental chance, community work education, and community work tips. Community work practical methods included in working in nonprofit organization, working in community organization, and accepting cases, and then community work learning way besides school education, life experience and continual learning are more important and more effective. Rethinking community work education from community practice, professional values, core knowledge, and work methods and skills, helped students to explore the main theme of social work, understands that community work is the way of life, and connects knowledge with personal life. Furthermore, How to teach community work─teachers may be more generous and more creative, find the opportunity to contact with community practice, think how to attain to learn by doing, build good supervise framework and supporting measures, and lead students to explore and rethink sustainability from learning.
