中小型服務業女性創業之研究

A Study of Female Entrepreneur in Small and Medium-Size Enterprises of the Service Industry

摘要

過去以男性為軸心的傳統行業，逐漸開始有了女性創業者。本研究試
圖瞭解這些女性創業者在個人特質、創業動機、創業資源需求及創業績效等構面間之關聯。以中小型服務業之女性創業者為研究對象，並且創業經營已達五年以上之企業，進行深度訪談，以期對研究主題及現象獲得深入瞭解。本研究結果發現，中小型服務業女性創業者之特質、創業動機及創業資源需求，與持續經營超過五年創業績效之間有所相關聯。其中個人特質以人際和諧、與人交談、目標設定等為主要影響變數。創業動機主要包括了金錢、自由、創業過程中累積的知識與經驗。資源需求變數則以社會人脈、核心知能及資金等為最重要。上述三構面，有助於中小型服務業女性創業者在創業過程中，克服困難、提高創業績效；創業過程中相關的學習、經驗累積及個人成就感，則被認為是持續企業經營與發展的主要因素。

This study examined the female entrepreneurs who create and operate a business over 5 years in small and medium-size enterprises of the service industry. Through unstructured
face-to-face interview, the researchers examined possible relationship of individual characteristic, motivation, resource requirement and outcome performance between these
practices. It appears that interpersonal harmony and goal orientations of individual characteristic play important part to drive to enter self-employment. The motivation to enter self-employment includes factors that pursue wage and salary, independence and flexible schedule to accommodate their need. And the core abilities, financial sources and
interpersonal relationship are required to startup the business.
