臺灣地區醫院組織特性與醫務社工工作內容關聯性之研究

摘要


本研究採量化研究方式,探討國內醫務社工組織特性與醫務社工工作內容之關係;依邏輯歸納關於醫務社工工作內容研究之相關文獻,歸納本研究之研究問卷,根據醫務社會工作協會於101年針對全台527家醫院之醫務社工部門為單位,並考量服務對象及工作內容之差異,扣除未設有專職社工人力之醫院、精神專科醫院、離島醫院以及社工編制於附設護理之家之醫院,總計母群體醫院共計196家,以郵寄問卷方式進行普查,各醫院組織中選取一位資深受訪者代表填答,共回收149份問卷,扣除6份無效問卷,總計143份有效問卷,回收率72.96%。 研究結果發現,臺灣地區醫務社工工作內容中,個案工作為醫務社工重要之工作、團體工作之執行差異較大病友團體以支持性團體為主、社區工作著重社區居民一般性之醫療需求、醫務社工同時肩負志工人力招募之角色期待、院內資源的使用頻率優於院外資源、一般行政工作以文書作業為主、醫務社工重視實務工作之學習及社工人才之培育、公共關係之建立與維護非醫務社工之重點業務、醫務社工工作業務之執行受政府政策影響針對少數群體之服務頻率較少特殊服務項目、醫務社工期待增加志願服務以及團體工作之工作執行;而探討醫院組織特性中,可以發現私立醫院較重視公共關係之建立、大型醫院著重個案、團體以及特殊群體之工作執行,中小型醫院重視鄰里關係之建立、台灣各地區醫務社工工作執行具有一致性、非財團型醫院重視社區關係之建立及深耕、教學型醫院之相關教學與訓練以院內臨床工作為主、醫學中心被賦予研究及教學任務地區醫院滿足病人基本需求。

This study used quantitative research methods to explore the relationship between organizational characteristics of medical social workers content in Taiwan; By logical induction relevant literature on medical social work content of the study, the questionnaire of this study are summarized, according to the Medical Social Work Association for 101 years medical social sectors in Taiwan 527 hospital units, and considering the differences clients and job content, net of full-time workers are not provided with manpower hospital, psychiatric hospital, hospitals and social workers Islands has been prepared in the hospital's nursing home, total the population total of 196 hospitals in the census questionnaires mailed, each hospital organization on behalf of the respondents selected a senior respondents, 149 questionnaires were collected, net of six invalid questionnaires, 143 valid questionnaires total recovery 72.96%. Study found that medical social work in Taiwan content is major on casework , perform a differential group work in a larger patient groups based support groups , community work focuses on the general medical needs of community residents , medical social workers both the roles of volunteer manpower recruitment expectations , frequency of use of hospital resources than resources outside the hospital , general administrative work mainly with paperwork , nurturing learning medical social work practice and social importance of talent , the establishment of public relations with the non-medical maintenance social worker 's key business , government policies affecting the implementation of the medical social work services for special services by small minorities of service frequency , medical social services, and look forward to increased volunteer work groups to perform work ; hospital organizational characteristics and explore , you can find private more emphasis on the establishment of the hospital 's public relations , focusing on the case of large hospitals , groups and special groups working executive , small hospitals emphasis on building neighborhood relationships , medical social work consistent implementation of the region of Taiwan , a non- consortium -based hospital 's emphasis on building community relations and roots , related teaching and training on teaching hospitals to hospital -based clinical work , research and medical centers have been given the task of teaching the patient to meet the basic needs of local hospitals
