文化創意產業創業與行銷策略探討-以上時企業為例

摘要


文化創意產業屬於無汙染的綠色產業,近年來被政府規畫為國內的重點產業,具有相當的發展潛力,但文化創意如何轉化為一門生意?如何經營?則是令許多創業者感到困擾之處,因此本研究希望透過個案公司的研討,分析文化創意產業的創業歷程與行銷策略,作為實務界與學術界的參考。 研究者整理相關文獻後,以創業管理和行銷組合的概念,選擇上時企業作為個案研究,採訪其負責人,瞭解其創業過程跟行銷策略。 整理訪談資料分析後,研究者得出以下兩點結論: 一、創業管理之重要性不容忽視。 二、上時事業以產品品質為核心的行銷策略。 並根據結論針對個案公司提出本身內部管理上須重視內部稽核之建議,以及有志在文化創意產業領域創業者提出產業面四點建議: 一、培養創業家的特質。 二、確立目標市場。 三、藝術與管理思維並重。 四、妥善管理資金。

Cultural and creative industries are pollution-free industry with development potential, in recent years the government planning cultural and creative industries as the focus of the domestic industry. But how to translates it into a business? How to manage? These has troubled many entrepreneurs. Therefore, this study aims through the case discussion, analysis of cultural and creative industries as an entrepreneur and marketing strategies, as practical and academic references. Researcher collate relevant literature, and studied with entrepreneurial management and marketing concepts. This study selected the Shi Shang business as a case study, interviewed the responsible person to understand the entrepreneurial process with the marketing strategy. After interview datas analysis, researcher draw the following two conclusions: First, the importance of entrepreneurial management can not be ignored. Second, product quality is the core marketing strategies of Shi Shang business. According to conclusions, the researchers propose for the case company must pay attention to their own internal management of the internal audit recommendations, and propose for entrepreneurs those who interested in the cultural and creative industries four-point industry faces proposal: First, cultivate entrepreneurial qualities. Second, find the target market. Third, both artistic and management thinking are important. Fourth, management funds carefully.
