運用雲端服務平台於有機農產品驗證之研究

摘要


由於近年來國際間食品安全的事件頻傳,從國內外學者所分析食安發生問題的報告中可以發現,多半是肇因於生產過程的環境受到汙染以及人為不良的管控所導致,因此,藉由提升有機驗證制度的完整性以及驗證機構運作的成熟度,並改善目前有機驗證機構中人工作業的缺失,以提升消費者對於有機農產品的信心,已顯得十分重要,同時,隨著今日網際網路與雲端技術的蓬勃發展,人們生活周遭已經出現許多免費、且具備實用性價值的雲端服務,然而過去農業在使用資通訊科技上,算是起步較晚的一項傳統產業,農委會過去雖致力於推動農業的IT 化,但是卻沒有一套實際運用雲端服務在有機農產品驗證上的案例作為參考。 故本研究以花蓮地區經營「有機農業」的青年農夫為研究對象,透過實地勘查及深度訪談的方式來了解農民在經營有機農業上所遭遇到的問題,希望研擬出一套適合有機農民及驗證機構使用的有機驗證文件管理與輔助系統,並建置於Google App Engine 雲端服務平台上,藉由導入雲端技術促使系統服務可以「標準化」、「自動化」、「快速化」,並兼顧資訊安全管理,讓組織在運作上更有效率、彈性以及對使用者需求快速做出回應,最後本研究會探討此雛型系統應用於有機農產品驗證機構在稽核文件流程中的可行性,以作為未來推動雲端工具應用於農業領域上之參考。

In recent years, the events about food safety occurred very often. According to the reports which were analyzed the problems of food safety from domestic and foreign scholars, it found that the problems mostly caused by the environment of the production process was contaminated and poor management from employees. Therefore, by increasing the integrity of organic agricultural product certification System and the maturity of organic agricultural product certification bodies to improve the current lack of manual operation in organic certification bodies is very important to enhance consumer confidence for organic agricultural product. This study select the young farmers who operated the organic agriculture in Hualien as an object of study. We used field surveys and in-depth interviews methodology to understand the problems which they operated in organic agriculture. We hoped to find a suitable cloud file management system for organic farmers to use. Therefore we used Google App Engine as this study’s system development platform. By importing the cloud technology to promote system service can be standard, automate and fast, and it also let organizations operate more efficient and response user request more quickly. Finally, we will discuss this prototype system whether can apply in organic agricultural certification bodies. It can be the reference which applied the cloud tool for the field of agriculture in the future.
