非正式社會支持對婚姻暴力受虐婦女復原之影響

摘要

「婚姻暴力」在家庭親密關係中，一直是婚姻暴力受虐婦女心口中說不出的痛，亦是最不願意被揭開的議題，更是社會上存在的重要問題。婚姻暴力事件讓很多受虐婦女長期遭受身體上的傷害，心理上也蒙上創傷的陰影，卻缺乏改善受暴環境或脫離的受虐情境的能力或動力；縱使有各種社會系統網絡的外來資源，受虐婦女亦無力使用。
本研究乃希望透過婚姻暴力受虐婦女受暴境遇中之生活經驗敘說、目前生活的情形及家庭關係等各方面的深度訪談，探討婚姻暴力受虐婦女的復原中，社會支持系統中的非正式社會支持系統（指受虐婦女個人互動社會網絡，包括其家人、親戚、朋友、同事、及鄰居等）對其復原的影響。是否透過非正式社會支持系統，提供受虐婦女情緒上或實質上的正面支持力量與幫助，而使受虐婦女成功的走出婚姻暴力的陰霾？非正式社會支持系統的因應態度，如何影響其復原。
本研究採質性研究的深度訪談法為研究方法進行資料蒐集，並採目的抽樣方式來取得3名個案。依照上述研究目的發現如下：
一、婚姻暴力受虐婦女對該暴力事件的暴力因素可分為施虐者及受虐者的外在因子與內在因子。
二、婚姻暴力受虐婦女求助非正式社會支持系統的因應態度，有積極支持消極支持及漠視無情。而該事件的因應態度對受虐婦女復原的影響，有子女的斐然成就與獨立、學習包容與放下、正面思考的心理轉化、新愛情的滋潤，及健康身心、自由的快樂新生活。

“Marital violence” in the family intimate relationships, marital violence has been abused women heart unspeakable pain in the mouth, is also the most unwilling to be uncovered issues is an important problem in the society. Marital violence in so many abused women suffer long-term physical injury, psychological trauma but also cast a shadow, but the lack of improvement from the battered environment or the ability or power abuse situation.
This study is hoped that through marital violence abused woman battered life experience circumstances of the narrative, the current situation of life and family relations and other aspects of in-depth interviews to explore marital violence abused women's rehabilitation, the social support system of informal social support system (refer to abused women personal interaction social networks, including family members, relatives, friends, colleagues, and neighbors, etc.) affect their recovery. Whether through informal social support systems, providing on abused women or substantially positive emotional support and assistance force, leaving the abused women successful marriage out of the shadows of violence? In response to the attitude of informal social support system, how it affects their recovery .
This study adopted qualitative research in-depth interview for the study of data collection methods, and purposively sampling method to get the case. According to the above study found the following purposes:
First, the factors of marital violence battered women violence and the abuser can be divided into external factors and internal factors masochist .
Second, marital violence abused women help informal social support system in response to attitude, and actively support the passive support and ruthless disregard. And in response to the attitude of the event on the impact of recovery abused women, there are striking achievements of their children, learning tolerance and down, positive thinking psychological transformation, new nourishing love, and freedom of body and mind happy new life.
