本研究主要目的在探討個體的積極主動性格(proactive personality)與其積極主動社會化行為(proactive behavior)之間的關係,以及在組織變革的情境下,兩者之間的關係受團隊學習(team learning behavior)的調節影響會如何反應。本研究以立意抽樣選取台灣某電信業公司之員工作為研究對象,總計發放225份問卷,回收187份,其中167份為有效問卷,有效回收率為74.2%。 根據研究結果顯示,積極主動性格會正向影響積極主動社會化行為、團隊學習會正向調節積極主動性格與積極主動社會化行為之間的關係。最後,依據研究結果,提供本研究之結論、建議與限制提供學術界與業界作參考。
This study examined the relationship between individual proactive personality and behavior in the context of organizational restructuring, and the moderating effect of team learning behavior. Surveys were distributed to employees in a telecommunications company in Taiwan. A total of 167 valid responses were received. Two important results were found. First, proactive personality was positively associated with proactive behavior. Second, team learning behavior positively moderated the relationship between proactive personality and proactive behavior. Implications of these findings are discussed.
