結束安置後性交易少女之社會韌性

The Social Resilience of Female Adolescents after Leaving Residential Placement for Prostitution Offense

摘要

國內過去關於性交易少女的相關研究，並未長期追蹤結束安置後，重返社會生活的狀況。而韌性相關研究，又則多以弱勢，或遭遇重大變故的青少年為對象，極少運用邊緣性案主。
因此本研究以北部地區之後續追蹤服務單位媒合研究對象，採用深度訪談方式，蒐集相關資料，並進行分析，研究目的在於：（1）瞭解結束安置後，面臨的困境，及採取何種方式因應社會。個人與正式或非正式系統，如何交互形成現今的生活。（2）藉由社會韌性的觀點，呈現案主多元且豐富的生活樣貌，讓社福體系與大眾以不同的角度，看到案主群在困境中奮鬥的歷程。（3）透過性交易少女們回應安置體系的供需狀態，提供社福體系思考提昇或預備少女的能力。經分析，獲致以下發現：
結束安置後的生活樣貌受到以下的情況的影響：（1）安置前成長的負向，或創傷經驗（2）安置期間獲得正向和負向的經驗（3）安置後的生活挑戰，以及因應方式。而社會韌性的展現則來自於（1）對抗或因應困境、創傷或重大事件(2)個體強韌的意念和支持性網絡（3）透過個人與環境的交錯下，展現十項不同的社會韌性特質。
依研究發現，提出以下討論：（1）重返社會的生活是充滿危機和挑戰的，但也存在著契機:多數家庭仍具關鍵性的角色、追求親密與愛的崎嶇道路、尋求就業與生存之道、持續受到同儕或朋友的影響，以及受到重要他人、宗教信仰的影響。（2）安置體系的正負影響並存矛盾現象(3)社會韌性展現，因人而異，但可以歸納出社會韌性的關鍵事件(4)透過營造滋養環境，培育社會韌性的特質，強化對抗未來的困境。
而基於上述的研究發現，因此在文章結尾的部份分別就政策面、實務面給予個別的建議，希冀能共同為結束安置後的性交易少女，提昇社會生活的因應能力。

The relative studys of female adolescents of prostitution offense in the past are not a long-term track after the placement,. And The relative studys of social resilience just focus on adolescents of disadvantaged, not the marginalised cases.
This study using depth interview to collect relevant data ,and the study aims to: (1) understanding the difficulties of female adolescents of prostitution offense have faced after leaving. (2) through social resilience point, renders the diversity and abundance life appearance of female adolescents of prostitution offense. (3) through the interviews with female adolescents of prostitution offense ,let social welfare system's know the needs of female adolescents in residential placement.
This study has found:
The life appearance of female adolescents after leaving will be influenced by: (1) the negative, or traumatic growth experiences before placement (2) the positive and negative experience during placement (3) the life challenges after placement. Social resilience comes from the (1) against or in response to hardship, trauma (2) hardy will and supportive network (3)the correlation of individuals and the environment will bring ten different social resilience.
The research has found：
The life after leaving is full of crises and challenges of reintegration, but there is also a turning point : most families still be importment role,the road of pursuiting intimacy and love still rough,to seek employment and way of life,under the influence of peers and friends, as well as religious. (2)the coexistence of positive and negative effects of the placement system(3)social resilience is different from person to person,but also have the same key events (4) through construct the nourishing environment to nurture the social resilience.
Based on the above study, the researcher give the suggestion to the policy and practice, hope all can work together to promote the ability of female adolescents of prostitution offense to cope with the difficult situation.
