新供應商關鍵成功因素與核心競爭力之研究-以光電零組件通路商為例

摘要


光電產業近十年來在亞洲蓬勃發展且以技術與資本密集為主軸,整個供應鏈呈垂直與水平整合專業分工態勢;產業從上游原物料一直到最後的系統生產組裝出貨到使用者手中。台灣跨足領域,包含從產業之上下游整合到水平整合,以光電產品系統製造廠,這幾年蓬勃發展,皆在全球光電產業競爭環境中,佔據了舉足輕重的地位。近年來由於政府有條件開放光電業下游製造商紛紛朝中國大陸設廠,使位處產業間之零組件代理商,在高度競爭與微利時代環境,除了持續提供資訊流、技術服務、金流、物流等服務外。因應環境改變,分析與瞭解產業競爭要素與如何增加買賣雙方之滿意度,才能提供附加價值給買賣雙方維持持續成長與滿意度。光電零組件通路商早已跳脫過去服務與物流角色,漸漸強化技術服務支援、產品協同設計作業,及提供客戶端整體光電產品解決方案到系統整合,而單純行銷等變成需要有獨特競爭力或是利基性產品才可,光電零組件通路商的存在對整個光電產業是有助益,特色在於其營運彈性及能快速應變掌握市場能力。本研究希望透過深入訪談研究對象為同產業間光電零組件通路代理商,探討通路商關鍵成功因素及核心競爭能力,了解產業變革時通路商需要的市場的競爭力與優勢。 本研究採質性研究的方式,以國內光電零組件產業為研究對象,進行個案深度訪談,以確證本研究所建構的架構,並發展出下列相關研究問題:1.探討光電零組件通路商之產業環境與競爭關係;2.零件通路商於有限資源,新供應商需要的關鍵成功因素與核心競爭力經營策略之參考;3.光電零組件通路商之經營型態與供應商合作模式;4.新加入產業供應鏈之供應商如何取得競爭優勢。本研究結果對新供應商中之關鍵成功因素與核心競爭力經營策略間之關係提供了理論與實務之貢獻。

Optoelectronics industry is booming and the technology and capital-intensive as the spindle over the past decade in Asia, the entire supply chain, vertical and horizontal integration to define working function situation professionally. The field industry run from upstream raw materials to final production and assembly systems then shipped to users finally. Branched out into areas of Taiwan, including integrate upstream and downstream from the industrial to horizontal integration. For the system manufacturer of optoelectronic products that booming in recent years is competing in the global optoelectronics industry environment and occupies a pivotal position. In recent years, due to the government conditionally open downstream manufacturers of optoelectronic industry to China area and have set up factories over there. They made component agency who located in the field with lower profit and highly competitive environment, in addition to continuing to provide information flow, technical services, cash flow and logistics services etc. Response to environmental change, analysis and understanding of industry competition factors and how to increase the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers parties in order to provide added value to buyers and sellers to sustain growth and satisfaction. Optoelectronics components agent already escaped the role of logistics services has long been in the past, and strengthen the technical service support gradually, product collaborative design work support, and providing client total solutions to the overall optical system integration products. Simply rule promotion activity needs to have a unique marketing and competitive or niche products. Optoelectronics components agent existed are useful in the optoelectronics industry. The features are operating flexibility and ability to quickly grasp the market response. The study hopes to through research by expert interviews with the subjects between the optoelectronics components agent and their competitors. To research the key success factors (KSF) and core competencies, and to understand the industry need to change when the distributor's market competitiveness and advantage. This study used qualitative research methods to the domestic optoelectronics components agent industry as the research object. The study run with depth interviews, to evaluate the structure constructed in this research. The research developed the following questions: 1. To research optoelectronics components agent industrial environment and competition relationship; 2. Optoelectronics components agent with limited resources. New suppliers need the key success factors and core competence business strategies for reference. 3. Optoelectronics components agent’s business model and cooperation model with original supplier. 4. How to gain competitive advantage for newly added supply chain of suppliers in field. The results of research shown the key success factors and core competence provides a theoretical and practical contributions for new supplier in the relationship of business strategy.
