探討國中小教師使用資訊融入教學之影響因素

摘要


自九十學年度實施九年一貫以來,教育當局一直將課程中的資訊融入教學當成重要議題,更因網路的普及,讓學習進一步達到無遠弗屆的地步。因此如何使用資訊融入教學以提升自己的教學能力,便成為現今教師首當其衝所要面臨的問題。 本研究利用行政院研考會在民國九十八年舉辦的學生數位學習與數位機會調查的資料,來探討影響國中小教師利用資訊融入教學意願的相關因素。除了從文獻篩選與教學經驗相關的變數,本研究再加入一些與其有關的變數,藉由卡方檢定及 T 檢定找出會影響反應變數的解釋變數,剔除與反應變數相關性低的解釋變數,再利用邏輯斯迴歸找出與國中小教師使用資訊融入教學最顯著的影響因子。 本研究結果發現女性及居住在北部地區的教師較願意花時間準備數位教材、資訊能力較佳且喜歡使用網路作為學習平台的老師,其使用資訊融入教學的意願較高、學校行政人員較支持且資訊設備較齊全也會提升老師使用資訊融入教學的意願。 根據以上結果,本研究建議國中小教師應不斷地提升自己的教學技巧,並適度利用資訊技術,可幫助學生達到更好的學習效果,而教育當局的首要任務為提高國中小教師的資訊能力,舉辦資訊融入教學觀摩與評鑑來平衡各區資訊教育資源,方能有效促使教師加入資訊融入教學的行列。

The technology integration planning has been one of the important issues of Taiwan education authorities since the implementation of Nine-Year Integrated Curriculum launched in 2001. Furthermore, the high prevalence of Internet usage has great positive impact on students’ learning. Teachers nowadays face huge challenges how to integrate computer technology in teaching. This study intends to identify potential factors that influence the willingness to use technology in teaching for teachers from elementary and junior high schools. We used data collected by Research, Development and Evaluation Commission, Executive Yuan (RDEC) in 2009 that aimed to understand e-learning opportunities in Taiwan. Besides the potential factors that were discussed in literatures, we added several factors and used the chi-square test and the two-independent sample T test to assess the association between potential factors and the willingness to use technology in teaching. In addition, the logistic regression was implemented to identify the important significant factors that are associated with the willingness to use technology in teaching. We find that Female and residing in northern area are more willing to spend time to prepare the digital teaching materials. Teachers who have better technology knowledge and like to use internet as a learning platform are more likely to use the technology integrating in teaching. Furthermore, teachers have higher chance to use the technology integrating in teaching when the school’s administrative staff is more supportive and schools provide more complete equipment. Teachers incorporating some technologies in teaching can help students to achieve a better learning. Furthermore, to have more teachers who are more willing to use modern technology in teaching, it is then important to improve teacher’s technology ability and to hold workshops nationwide to demonstrate how to integrate the technology in teaching and to balance the technology resources.
