臺灣地區發展車用生質燃料選項綜合評估

摘要


由於全球暖化的議題持續受到關注,全球能源蘊藏量的縮減,促使各國開始發展生質燃料來降低化石燃料的使用量,並減少溫室氣體的排放。現在許多國家已經發展出具有潛力的生質燃料,如生質酒精、生質柴油。然而並非每一種生質燃料皆適合台灣運輸部門(機動車輛),因此本研究以現今主要發展的四種生質燃料為評估方案(生質酒精、生質柴油、生質丁醇及生質二甲醚),進行相關資訊分析,並結合分析網路程序法,來評選最適合台灣發展的車用生質燃料。 在量化數據分析上,本研究彙整生命週期評估之相關文獻,因此著重在環境層面與經濟面上。在環境上,本研究僅考量溫室氣體排放與空氣污染物減量兩項,經由分析結果發現,「生質丁醇」會是最佳的選擇。而在經濟上,本研究僅收集到生產成本之數據,經由分析結果顯示,「生質二甲醚」為最適合之方案。 本研究提出評選台灣地區車用生質燃料選項分別有生質酒精、生質丁醇、生質柴油及生質二甲醚等四項,經由分析網路程序法之問卷結果,並結合量化數據之正規化權重,所得方案之最終權重排序為:生質二甲醚(0.2920)、生質丁醇(0.2647)、生質酒精(0.2222)、生質柴油(0.2212),由此可知最適合台灣地區發展之車用生質燃料為「生質二甲醚」。

As the subject of global warming continue to receive attention, and the global energy reserves become less and less, a lot of countries have taken the development of biofuels to reduce dependence of fossil fuels and emissions of greenhouse gas. At present, a lot of countries have developed biofuels who have the potential, such as ethanol, biodiesel. However, not every kind of biofuels are suitable for motor vehicle in Taiwan, therefore, four kinds of biofuels are alternatives of assessment in this study, (Such as Bioethanol, Biodiesel, Biobutanol, Bio-dimethyl ether,) analysis of the related information, and combined with Analytic Network Process, to choose the biofuels which is the most suitable motor vehicle in Taiwan.   In the quantitative data analysis, this study collects relevant literature of life-cycle assessment of biofuels, and focus on the environmental and economy. In the environment, considerations of the project are greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution reduction, the result of analysis shows that “Biobutanol” would be the best choice. In the environment, considerations of the project is cost, the result of analysis shows that “Bio-dimethyl ether” would be the best choice.   Through combined with result of questionnaire of Analytic Network Process and the regularization weight of quantitative data, the order of the final weight of alternatives: Bio-dimethyl ether (0.2920), Biobutanol (0.2647), Bioethanol (0.2222), Biodiesel (0.2212), this result of study shows that "bio-dimethyl ether" is the most suitable development of biofuel for Motor Vehicles in Taiwan.
