知識塑模之研究:一個具解決問題特性之知識本體模式及查詢語言

摘要


在知識經濟快速發展下,知識已被企業視為重要的無形資產之一,過去在解決問題上的經驗知識因為能夠協助未來更快速地解決類似的問題而有其價值,然而必須仰賴一套能夠適切表達知識的模式,方能將這些解決問題的知識加以儲存及分享。目前本體論能夠清楚地描述領域知識,因而被視為主要的知識表達方法之一,然而一般的本體知識表達模式對於解決問題的知識卻缺乏描述的能力。因此,本研究即以本體論為主提供一個除了能夠表達領域知識外,也能針對解決問題的知識予以結構化的表達模式─OMPS (Ontology Model with Problem Solving),藉以修正一般本體知識表達模式不足之處。此外,本研究也以OMPS為主,發展一套知識查詢語言以協助使用者進行知識本體的建構、維護及查詢,提昇知識擷取的正確性及知識分享的速度。研究中並以兔子疾病的醫療領域知識為例,說明建構OMPS的過程及使用OMPS知識查詢語言的方法。為了驗證OMPS知識表達模式及其知識查詢語言的可行性及正確性,本研究以Access及JSP實作一個OMPS雛型系統。

With the quick development of knowledge economy, knowledge has been viewed as one of the most important asset. For individual and business, the experiences in the past will be helpful to solve similar problems in the future. Therefore, a good way of knowledge representation to express these problem-solving knowledge has become one of the key issues in knowledge management. In this thesis, a knowledge representation model – OMPS (Ontology Model with Problem Solving) is proposed to enhance the expression ability of problem-solving knowledge. In addition, the knowledge query language based on the OMPS is developed with Access and Java Server Pages to assist users to create, modify and query the contents of OMPS. A rabbit health care example is illustrated to demonstrate the process of creating OMPS and OMPS query language. Finally, a comparison of OMPS query language with other ontology query languages is also conducted. Result indicates that the OMPS is more capable on problem-solving knowledge representation.
