本文提出利用FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)之即時串流影像之擷取、處理、縮小、與VGA(Video Graphics Array)顯示模組的處理技術,並且應用於即時保全監控系統上。本系統,可同時提供4組以上類比攝影機視訊輸入與處理,且每一個影像視訊均可達30fps以上。本串流視訊信號加速器模組,加上時保全監控影像運算處理模組,均可作為一般SOC系統軟體控制形式之串流視訊co-processor的影像加速處理與影像處理應用IP。 本文提出之FPGA-based (Field-Programmable Gate Array - based) 軟硬體合作之「視訊監控異常狀況自動偵測與警報技術」,具有「低資源消耗量」、「高速度處理」、「可彈性規畫」、「可重組態」、「可攜帶性」、「可任意擴建」的優勢,適合各種安全監控系統之機器視覺系統處理模組的IP。
Digital environment surveillance system has become more and more important in modern human life. Although there exists many camera-based video surveillance systems in our life, it is always lack of human eyes function to make intelligent action decision for abnormal environment perturbation motion. The purpose of our project is to apply FPGA-based Hardware/Software Co-Design Technique to develop automatic intruder detection & alarm system IP for CCTV Surveillance System. Our purpose is to develop a real time image processor which possessed some human eyes function. From incoming camera-based video surveillance frame signal, we will process frame by frame video stream data, and figure out abnormal environment perturbation motion. If there are something wrong, then the system will process further warning operation.
