近年來由於單車運動與極限運動的興起,安全太陽眼鏡對於使用者在佩戴時,眼睛的保護極為重要。為了能製造出合乎使用者需求且經濟便宜並安全耐用的安全太陽眼鏡,利用有限元素分析來模擬眼鏡受到撞擊時之動態行為是必要的。 本研究使用頻譜分析系統擷取材料參數,材料參數擷取後,使用LS-DYNA有限元素分析軟體對眼鏡結構進行動態分析,並觀察動態反應現象(如應力、應變、能量吸收、位移、速度、加速度、加速度曲線圖、作用力、……等等)。由此模擬結果探討眼鏡結構強度不足處,並利訂定眼鏡傷害指數(Glasses Injury Criterion),可作為眼鏡傷害程度之指標。
Putting on safety sunglasses to protect users' eyes is getting more and more important, due to the rising of the cycling sport and extreme sport in recent years. To manufacture economic and durable safety sunglasses to meet users' demand, it's necessary simulating the dynamic behavior of the eyeglasses under striking with finite element analysis. With the parameters captured, the finite element analysis software, LS-DYNA was utilized in analyzing the dynamic structure of the eyeglasses and observing the dynamic action and phenomenon (such as stress, strain, energy absorption, displacement, velocity, acceleration, acceleration curve, force,…..etc.) With the simulating result, the weakness of the structure of the eyeglasses was studied and the “Glasses Injury Criterion” was established, which can be used as the indicator of the injury level.
