具同步整流之高功因不對稱半橋轉換器之研製

摘要


由於電子產品在環保及省能方面的要求不斷的提升,尤其電源供應器更是佔能源耗損的大部份,所以如何提高電子產品的效率以減少能源損耗為目前研究的重點之一。本篇論文主要研製一個200W的高功率因素及高效率之交流/直流電源轉換器,其中包含利用主動式功因修正電路及不對稱半橋轉換器搭配他激式同步整流器來提高轉換器的功率因數及效率;可比傳統式硬切換之順向式或半橋式轉換器架構整體效率提升5%以上。最後實作完成一個滿載效率達88%以上的200W電源轉換器作為理論分析的驗證。

Due to the requirements of environmental protection and power saving on electronic products are increasing and increasing, especially for power supply, the most of power losses happened on it. So, it is a key point of increasing efficiency and reducing power losses on power supply study and researching. The content of this thesis studies a 200W AC/DC converter with high power factor and high efficiency power supply to improve power losses. The main circuit topology includes power factor corrector and an asymmetrical half-bridge converter with control driven synchronous rectifier to implement. As experimental results, there is 5% total efficiency increasing at least than traditional forward or half-bridge structure, and to implement and demonstrate it is workable and achieving 88% efficiency at full load condition.
