電動載具多重監測整合系統之設計與實現

摘要


隨著台灣進入科技社會形態,使得國民生活改善,也使得我國邁入高齡化國家行列,相繼而來的銀髮族的照護與休閒已是需要正視與面對的問題。本文所設計之電動載具多重監控系統以CAN (Controller Area Network)通信協定作為此系統為網路介面,CAN通信協定於80年代由 Bosch 首先發展,為的是因應使用於新形汽車上不斷增加的電子裝置,在CAN尚未被使用之前,控制系統與各個感測器之間大多透過點對點的方式完成控制及資料交換,使用CAN透過簡單的串列介面即可完成對整個系統的連接與控制,以Microchip-18F4580為系統核心搭配感測器模組與監控電路,構成每一套多重監控系統;例如 : 警急控制節點、電瓶監控節點、車距監控節點、車身監控節點、車速監控節點、生理訊號節點……等等,將這些節點利用CAN連結,分別對每組節點擷取訊號與控制,以達到可數位化監控的系統。

Electric vehicles designed multiple-monitor system (Controller Area Network) corresponds the agreement by CAN to take this system is the network interface, the CAN correspondence agreement first develops in the 80's by Bosch, for is in accordance to the use the electronic installation which increases unceasingly on the new automobile before, in CAN not yet uses, the control system with each sensory element between mostly penetrates the point-to-point way to complete the control and the material exchange, uses CAN to penetrate the simple interface in series then to complete for the overall system connection and the control, take Microchip-18F4580 as the system core matching sensory element mold train and the monitoring circuit, constitutes each set of multiple supervisory system; For example: Alarm control node, storage battery monitoring node, distance between vehicles monitoring node, automobile body monitoring node, vehicle speed monitoring node, physiological signal node ......Links these nodes using CAN, separately picks up the signal and the control to each group of nodes, achieved may digitize the monitoring system.
