探究中小企業財會主管其關係網絡與融資績效之經驗

Exploring the Experience of SMEs’ CFO about Network and Financing Performance

摘要


本文以中小企業財會主管為研究對象,研究者係以局內者的角度,採用深度訪談及檔案文件來蒐集質性的文本資料。從分析與詮釋三位資深中小企業財會主管其關係網絡與融資績效之經驗後,本研究提出以下的主軸概念與命名:1.多元的關係樣貌、十八般武藝皆要通;2.人情留一線、日後好相見;3.不看佛面、也要看僧面;4.以營運績效為體、關係網絡為用。 最後,本研究發現中小企業財會主管係以「財務結構為體、關係網絡為用」為其融資經驗的核心,而此核心概念可延伸出以下幾點管理意涵:1.中小企業有別於大企業之關係網絡需求2.關係網絡可提升融資績效及避免財務風險;3.善用關係網絡讓融資向著公司期望的方向發展;4.關係網絡與融資績效存在高度依附關係。亦即中小企業的財會主管不僅應善用其關係網絡,同時在融資作為上,若能向著公司所期望的方向發展,如此將可達到風險管控與提升融資績效之雙重目標。

Through in-depth interviews and archive review, the qualitative research with a view of an insider tried to analyze and interpret three senior financial officers from small to mid-sized businesses about the relation between their relation networks and financing performance. This study proposed following concepts about relation networks, including a variety of relation, preservation of relation, extension of relation and use of relation based on operational performance. The study found that the interviewees’ main method of financing is basing on financial structure and use of relation networks. To materialize, the study found that relation networks helps to improve financial performance and reduce risk; the study suggests people make sure the use of relation networks is in favor of the companies; there is a cause and effect relation between relation networks and financial performance, and financial officers can make use of relation networks to make available the financial supports as originally expected, hence to minimize risk and maximize financial performance.
