摘要


產品設計在以人為本的趨勢之下,我們開始越來越注意以使用者為中心的設計觀念。2005年國際知名認知心理學家Donald A.Norman提出「情感設計」(emotional-design)一論,意旨人類的情感情緒左右著我們的思考以及喜好。這個理論取向顯示我們不只是在使用產品而已,而是在使用的同時我們的情感也正悄悄的介入在其中。 本研究問題旨在探討使用者對產品設計的真正需求。文獻回顧將以國際知名的認知心理學家Donald A. Norman的設計理論觀點與日本工業設計師深澤直人(Naoto-Fukasawa)的產品設計思維為主要範圍。希望透過兩者的比較分析瞭解設計理論與實務操作之間的異同處後,藉由問卷測量的方式,測試使用者對設計產品的反應態度,以瞭解設計思考時可掌握的關鍵重要設計因素。主要研究目的是希望提供具體貼近使用者需求之可行的設計思維,同時可供日後學界與業界在設計產品時的研究參考。 研究成果指出,首先透過文獻的比較歸納整理後發現,本研究以情感設計的觀點證實了設計思維與設計理論的共通之處。因此長期以來深受設計界重視的「以人為本」設計觀念更為完整。 另外,從實驗的結果中得知,在設計理論與設計思維的共通框架之下,使用者能夠成功且確實地接收設計師所欲傳遞的產品訊息。因此,本研究將產品心理三層次對應的有效設計方法整理歸納為可供參考之依據。最後,研究成果不僅指出情感設計的重要性與各層次的關鍵點,同時也歸納分析出以情感設計作為設計方法的可行性。

People begin to emphasize the concept of user-center design under the trend of people oriented design. The internationally famous cognitive psychologist Donald A. Norman brings up the idea of emotional design, he mentions people’s emotion affects their thinking and preference.The theory reveals that we are not only using the products, we also put our emotion into it at the same time. The study aims to explore if the concept between design theory and practice could conform our need. The reference takes the design concept of cognitive psychologist Donald A. Norman and Japanese industrial designer Naoto-Fukasawa as the main target, and expects to understand the distinction or similarity between design theory and practice via comparison and analysis. Moreover, the study applies the questionnaire to examine users’ reaction and feedback to the design products, and understand the important elements in the process of design. The main purpose is to provide the practical design thinking which conform people’s need, and provide the research reference of the product design to the academy and industry in the future. The study generalizes some conclusions. First, through the comparison and analysis of the reference, the concept of emotional design proves that there are common parts between deign concept and theory. Besides, the results shows that users could thoroughly grasp the information which designers convey under the border of design theory and thinking. Therefore,the study generalizes the efficient design methods which correspond to the psychology layers of the product. The achievement of the study reveals the significance of the emotional design and the key points of each layer. At the same time, the study also analyzes the practical way of taking emotional design as the design method.
