摘要


研究工具機-基礎-土壤耦合振動分析。本論文因應超大型工具機特殊需求,建構一套數學理論,將地基基礎與理論整合成更完善的整體架構,使得基礎結構可減少振動的產生,進而提高加工精度和穩定度。本文分三個部份來分析探討:(一) 求解單自由度在上下振動時對於土壤耦合之變化;(二) 建立基礎觀念並用多自由度已進階推導六個方向振動的變化;(三) 將建構完整的理論與數值模擬分析比對。最後將與理論搭配模擬分析重要的參數對耦合模式靜態和動態影響。

Of machine tool - foundation - ground-coupled vibration analysis. This paper in response to the special needs of large machine tools to construct a mathematical theory, the theoretical foundation of better integrated into the overall framework, so the infrastructure can reduce the vibration and thus improve the precision and stability. This analysis of three parts to: (a) to solve the vibration of single degree of freedom in the upper and lower coupling for the change of the soil; (b) establishing the basis of the concept of freedom has been advanced with more than six derived changes in the direction of vibration; (c) will establish a comprehensive theoretical and numerical simulation for comparison. Finally, with simulation and theoretical analysis of important parameters of the coupled model static and dynamic effects.
