電壓模式DC/DC轉換技術於電容式放電點火電路的應用

摘要


現在由於單晶片微電腦技術與電子電路的純熟發展,使得在機車引擎電子點火技術上獲得更為廣泛的應用,進而取代了傳統機械式與類比電路式點火方式。為了提高引擎的效能與動力的提升、和改善引擎燃燒所排放的廢氣,所以開發出可變式點火角度的數位式電子點火系統。   現今機車所使用的點火系統大致上有分成CDI,TPS,和ECU三種;CDI(Capacitor Discharge Ignition)電容放電式點火系統,是現在最被廣泛應用在機車上的點火系統,能夠隨著引擎轉速的改變來控制點火的時間。TPS(Throttle Position Sensor)節流閥位置感知器,此裝置可以提供油門的即時資料來跟引擎轉速等資料作比較判斷當時引擎的負荷狀態,調整引擎的點火進角,來獲得較佳的燃燒效率,獲得較高的動力,並能達到省油的效果,但是成本比CDI來的高。ECU(Electronic control unit)電子控制單元或稱引擎控制(Engine Control Unit)是三種點火控制系統裡成本最高,被應用在最新的噴射系統機車。 本研究主要是以電容放電式點火系統為主,以TL494做一個電壓模式來控制對主電容充電,並採用八位元單晶微電腦,讀取曲軸轉速信號和凸輪軸基準信號透過預先載入的引擎動力特性曲線與微電腦的智慧型判斷,來對引擎的點火角度進行控制。

Now as a result of single-chip microcomputer technology and electronic circuit's skillful development, causes in the locomotive engine electron ignition technology to obtain a more widespread application, then has substituted for the traditional mechanical type and the analogy electric circuit type ignition way. In order to enhance the waste gas which engine's potency and the power promotion, and the improvement engine combustion discharges, therefore develops may the variant ignition angle several type electron ignition system. Nowadays the locomotive uses the ignition system influentials CDI, TPS roughly, with the ECU three kinds; CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) the electrostatic discharge type ignition system, is the present most widely is applied on locomotive's ignition system, can control the ignition along with the speed by engine revs change the time. TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) the throttle valve position perceptron, this equipment might provide accelerator's immediate material to come with material and so on speed by engine revs to make the comparison judgment at that time engine's load conditions, adjusted engine's ignition angle of advance, obtained the good combustion efficiency, obtained the high power, and could achieve the province oil the effect, but the cost more then CDI . ECU (Electronic control unit) the electronic control unit or said that the engine control (Engine Control Unit) is in three kind of ignition control system the cost is highest, is applied in the newest injection system locomotive. This research is mainly by the electrostatic discharge type ignition system primarily, makes a voltage pattern by TL494 to control to the main condenser charge, and uses eight element unit crystal microcomputer, reads the crank rotational speed signal and the cam shaft reference signal by the engine dynamic performance curve which and microcomputer's wisdom judgment writes down in advance, comes to carry on the control to engine's ignition angle.
