以車用匯流排為基礎之智慧型頭燈的設計與實現

Design and Implement an Intelligent Headlight Based on Vehicular Bus

摘要


歐盟執委會規定2011年起出廠的新車必須配備有晝行燈自動照明系統,以便讓行駛中的汽車更容易被看見,以減少事故發生的機率。然而,目前有大多數的汽車仍是以開啟近光燈來做為晝光燈使用,此舉是可提升行車的安全性,卻也導致頻繁的更換光源以及能源的浪費。 本論文主要使用車用網路發展平台建立一套具CAN bus node的智慧型頭燈系統,可受到行車電腦的控制與規範,此系統包含車身動態檢測,適應性頭燈(隨方向盤轉向控制伺服馬達改變光束投射方位,隨車體水平姿態改變光束投射角度,依天候、車速具自動補光功能),近光燈亮度(dimmable, dimming range from 0% to 100% )調整與晝行燈(Daytime running lamp)功能(模式,引擎一啟動隨即點亮,由CAN Bus(OBDII)讀取rpm message),透過CAN bus取得rpm,km/h訊息,透過CAN Bus進行回授訊息/操控命令的傳達,進而達到各節點控制。

European Commission stipulates that any new car leaving automobile factories in 2011 have to be equipped with daytime running light automatic lighting system to enable drivers to be seen more easily, in order to reduce the incidence of care accidents. However, most of the current car drivers use low beam light as daytime running light. Although such a behavior may increase the safety of driving, it also leads to the frequent lamp replacement and waste of energy. This study used vehicle network development platform to establish an intelligent headlamp system with CAN bus node which can be controlled by trip computer. The system includes vehicle dynamic monitoring, adaptive headlamp (the beam projection direction can be changed by the steering wheel-controlled motor, the angle of beam projection can be changed according to the vehicle’s horizontal attitude, and the light can be automatically filled in according to vehicle speed), dimmable low beam light luminance (dimming range from 0% to 100%), and adjustable Daytime running lamp function (the lamp can be lighted up as the engine is started, and the CAN Bus (OBDII) can read rpm message). The rpm and km/h messages obtained from CAN bus can be further used to control various nodes through the feedback message/control command conveyed by CAN Bus.
