本文研究主要探討是車燈模具設計與分析,新技術與觀念應用在塑膠射出之模具設計與製作,首先以電腦輔助繪圖軟體SOLID WORKS來設計產品建立3D實體,然後作塑料射出之前模流(Mold-Flow)之工程分析(Computer Aided Engineering),CAE。 由於電腦科學的發達與提升,許多設計模擬軟體趨勢,逐漸可以預防解決事前發生的問題上,省略不必要嘗試錯誤及過度資源浪費。Mold flow模流分析,模擬模流之充填過程中之壓力分佈、溫度分佈、波前圖與塑料熔接線(結合線)等分析;藉由理論模式的解析、分析而改變塑料參數、機械設計參數(模具設計方式)及不同加工條件。 在保有原設計之形狀與精神,以縮短開發階段與製造時間,提高精密度,降低成本為目的,進行傳統製程之分析與改善,提升達 到模具最佳化設計之準則。
This article discussion the design and analysis of the headlight mold. The new technology and the concept apply to the mold design and the manufacture of the plastics ejaculation. First, designs the product by computer assistance cartography software Solid Works and establishes the 3D entity, then makes the Mold-Flow CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) of the plastic ejaculation. As a result of the computer science with the promotion, we can prevent the question developed because of the design simulation software to abbreviate the nonessential try-error and excessively the resources waste. Mold flow, simulates the pressure distribution, the temperature distribution, the wave-front chart and the plastic melt wiring (junction line) and so on the analyses in the mold flow backfill process. By the theory pattern to analysis and change the plastic parameter, the mechanical design parameter (mold design method) and the different processing condition. In holds the shape and the spirit under the original design, reduces the phase of exploitation and the manufacture time, enhances the accuracy, reduces the cost, carries on the analysis and the improvement of the traditional process to achieve the criterion of the mold optimize design.
