摘要


動態循跡(輪廓)誤差為影響工具機精密度的重要因素,動態循跡誤差是工具機受到控制器下達的指令,循著一個指令路徑移動加工,在加工時實際切削路徑和指令路徑之間有著差異存在,動態循跡誤差主要由機器的外界負載、摩擦力、慣性矩及CNC控制器的指令執行速度、加減速度控制、伺服控制特性等因素所造成。 因此,為提升工具機精度,本論文提出循跡誤差補償系統,其主要由雷射二極體及高精度雷射四象儀所設計組合而成,以非接觸方式進行量測,與以往量測方式最大的不同在於大大降低了不確定度,更解決了摩擦力所影響的問題,且無須考慮磁性的問題,而所量之訊號更可用於分析工具機之多項性能,預計將可大幅提升工具機之精度至次微米等級。

The contouring error is a critical element for the accuracy of machine tools. The contouring error is defined as the difference between the processing actual path and commanded path, which is implemented by following the 2D or 3D command curves from feeding driving system in machine tools. The contouring error is resulted from various factors, such as the external loads, friction, inertia moment, feed rate, speed control, servo control, and etc. Thus, the thesis proposes the 2D or 3D compensating systems for the contouring accuracy of machine tools. Optical method is adopted by using stable frequency laser diodes and the high precision position sensor detectors to perform no-contact measurement. From the comparison between the optical measurement and the traditional method, the proposed system has following advantages: (a) the uncertainty can be reduced; (b) the friction can be ignored; (c) the magnetism can be ignored and (d) the signals of the proposed system can be used not only to measure the linear contouring accuracy but also to obtain other parameters of machine tools. In the future, the contouring accuracy will attain to 0.5 μm by using the compensating system.
