本研究針對雲林縣各小型國小幹事人員的公務人員為研究對象,進行問卷施測,希望能了解國小幹事的公務人員幸福感及自我效能的情況。本研究以個人背景因素、工作環境、自我效能及幸福感三層面,來探討雲林縣小型學校幹事的的自我效能及幸福感之情形。在工作環境層面則包含了公平感受、職場負荷、群體歸屬及職場支持等因素做為研究變項;在自我效能層面則包含了自我肯定、工作壓力、角色認知及工作滿意等因素做為研究變項;及在幸福感層面則包含了內在生命、經濟自主、情緒管理及生活滿意等因素做為研究變項。 在研究方法上,本研究主要係採問卷調查法做為主要研究方法。透過問卷調查法的方式,瞭解受訪者對於各個題項的滿意狀況,進而分析受訪者在變項之間的感受是否有顯著差異。由問卷調查結果交互檢證分析後,獲致結論如下: 假設1:不同背景變項對公務人員工作環境有顯著的差異。 假設2:不同背景變項對公務人員自我效能有顯著的差異。 假設3:不同背景變項對公務人員幸福感上有顯著的差異。 本研究的受訪者對職場工作環境很滿意,幸福感感受度有顯著相關;自我效能很滿意工作效率相對提昇,與校長及學校同仁工作上相處的氣氛融洽,經濟上自主情緒愉快,其幸福感受很滿意。最後依據本研究的研究發現,提出對管理實務的幾點建議,希望對各學校人力資源管理有所助益。
Nowadays civil servants in Yunlin County must be responsible for creativity, concentration, and motivation, because civil servants must take care of numerous businesses for the trend of reducing personnels in Taiwan. However, the speedy increase in servant’s pressure and burden cause the unhappiness of civil servents easily. Especially for Yunlin County, the civil servants in elementary school must take over personnel and accounting affairs. Such a heavy loading of a civil servant might lose the self-efficiency on his/her complex works, because of the tide schedule to finishing their works. In such a heavy burden situation, the happiness and self-efficiency is a trade-off for civil servants in the elementary schools of Yunlin County. Therefore, the relationship of civil servant’s happiness and self-effieiency is important to discuss for the civil servants in Yunlin County. In this study, the civil servants responsed personnel and accounting affairs and their co-workers are surveyed. This study collect samples from elementary schools in Yunlin County. Research findings show that the workplace is very satisfied by the civil servants, their perceptions to happiness are significantly correlated. The civil servant’s self-efficacy is high that is significant related tohappiness.
